Transmissible gastroenteritis virus is one of the main pathogens of porcine viral diarrhea. It is often caused by mixed infection with porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, porcine rotavirus or single infection. It is an acute infectious disease characterized by invasion of pig intestines. The harm to pig industry is very serious.Especially in Heilongjiang Province, because of the cold and changeable climate in winter and early spring,it is easy to cause viral diarrhea when the measures of preventing cold and keeping warm in pig farm are weak.In this study, the incidence of transmissible gastroenteritis in piglets was investigated and treated in order to understand the incidence of transmissible gastroenteritis of piglets in Harbin, and to find effective methods to prevent and treat transmissible gastroenteritis in piglets. To provide reference for prevention and control of transmissible gastroenteritis in piglets.First of all, from 2012 to 2016,a total of 8819 piglets with viral diarrhea in 54 pig farms around Harbin were investigated, and the porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus, which may cause the disease, was collected from the small intestine of 109 pigs.Detection of Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and Porcine Rotavirus by RT-PCR.The results showed that the incidence in piglets was 5406,the incidence was 61%,the death rate was 898,and the mortality was 17%.22 cases of transmissible gastroenteritis in pigs were detected, the detection rate was 20% and 55 cases were detected in epidemic diarrhea, the detection rate was 50% and 18 cases were detected by rotavirus. The detection rate was 17%.The existence of transmissible gastroenteritis virus, porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and pig rotavirus two or three mixed infection phenomenon. They are very similar in clinical symptoms, pathological changes, and onset seasons.Although porcine transmissible gastrointestinal virus is not the main cause of viral diarrhea in piglets, the infection of the virus with porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and porcine rotavirus combined with porcine rotavirus can cause the incidence of viral diarrhea in piglets and increase the mortality significantly. It is the most harmful to piglets.Secondly,24 piglets who were diagnosed as transmissible gastroenteritis were randomly divided into two groups: Peach Blossom Decoction treatment group,Pulsatilla Decoction treatment group,12 piglets in each group.Peach Blossom Decoction and Pulsatilla Decoction were administered orally for 10 ml/ twice a day for 3 days.During the therapeutic trial, the mental state, appetite, dehydration, vomiting and diarrhea of the piglets were observed. It was found that after 1 day of treatment with Peach Blossom Decoction, piglet feces were no longer watery stool,no vomiting, physical and mental recovery, can barely walk, but can not suck milk. After 2 days, the feces became thicker, but not yet formed, the physical and mental state improved significantly, free to move around, began to suck milk.3 days after the stool into a strip,no longer diarrhea, eyes, clean skin, walking and playing, appetiteincreased. After the experiment,Hematocrit, total leukocyte count, lymphocyte and blood glucose, urea nitrogen and creatinine were measured in 14 piglets survived after the experiment.2 piglets in each group were examined for paraffin section and HE staining. The histopathological changes of each group after treatment were compared. The activity of sodium potassium pump in intestinal epithelial cells of piglets was measured and compared. The results showed that the hematocrit, urea nitrogen, creatinine decrease, total white blood cell count, lymphocyte ratio, blood glucose and sodium potassium activity of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells in the Peach Blossom Decoction treatment group were significantly higher than those in the Pulsatilla Decoction treatment group. The length of small intestinal villi of piglets was similar to that of healthy piglets, and the epithelial cells were arranged regularly.the number of death, mortality, efficiency and cure rate of each group were counted. The results showed that the effect of Peach Blossom Decoction in the early stage of transmissible gastroenteritis of piglets was obviously better than that of Pulsatilla Decoction.
