Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang is a rare and endangered species of endangered species in China,with high economic value.Due to the slow growth rate,long growth cycle and young seedlings,the artificial construction technology is difficult to grasp,and the development of the plantation resources is slow at present.It is an important way to effectively solve the cultivation of Phoebe and Phoebe.The research and preliminary selection of phoebebournei provenance families growth differences in intrinsic genetic variation can recognize and understand phoebebournei provenance families,foster the ideal material,in the process of genetic improvement in promoting the development of theory and technology in the future,convenient popularization phoebebournei seed planting.This project carried out the experiment of Phoebe provenance family,investigated and analyzed the growth characteristics of Phoebe nanmu,and studied its growth characteristics and correlation.It is screened from the level of the provenance family.At the same time,the correlation analysis of physiological and biochemical indexes in the selection of seed family was provided to provide the relevant basis for the screening work of Nanxiang source family.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The three testing various family of fujian nan provenance of tree height,DBH and volume there is a certain degree of growth difference,and according to the analysis of variance of different provenance fujian NanShu height,DBH and volume were extremely significant or significant differences,show that differences between Yongan 15,10,6,11,14,16,70,46,44;Yonglin company Jifeng area of superior families were 62,5,23,28,3,50,10,24.Further selection of superior individual,25 strains of good plant in three experiments,the volume real genetic gain they were between 61.15%-226.83%,which is the best performance of Nanping xiqin Forest District No.11.3.Three testbed for each family physiological experiment of fujian nan provenance analysis of chlorophyll relative content is higher,the photosynthetic efficiency good family and choose according to comprehensive analysis on several characters out of the good family.It suggests that physiological indicators also promote growth indicators.The overall level of three test families see higher POD activity protection Yonglin company Jifeng area,family with strong resistance phoebe bournei.The overall CAT protective enzyme activity of all the families in Yongan's state-owned forest farms is high,and has a strong resistance to drought and salt tolerance,which
