Angora rabbit in Mengyin County Yida company and Shandong Agricultural University jointly developed the research of the 2 special lines for the test group.Sample information data records of female rabbits 609,reproductive traits were measured litter size,number born alive,pregnancy rate.Wool determination index: Lanugo yield,Two wool yield,Three wool yield,Two blade coarse wool diameter,Two blade fine wool diameter,Three blade coarse wool diameter,Three blade fine wool diameter.Candidate genes for reproductive traits in long haired rabbits: MC4 R,GDF-9,BMP-15,FSHR,GHR,ESR2,CAST,GNRHR,BMP6,RBP4 candidate genes for hair traits: IGF and FAIM.All the exons and promoters of these genes were cloned and sequenced,and 53 SNPs loci were screened out.MALDI-TOF was used to classify 22 SNP,and the genetic effects of SNPs were analyzed.The results are as follows:1)this study found a total of 3 loci,13 loci(IGF+EXON-3-1)(FAIM+EXON-5-1),15sites(IGF+EXON-3-2),20 loci(FAIM+EXON-5-2)effect on wool traits significantly,1 loci,19 loci(MC4R+EXON-1)(GNRHR+EXON-1)significant effect on reproductive traits.The interaction of haplotypes and haplotypes on FAIM and IGF genes has a significant influence on the yield traits.2)the diameter of three bristle,coarse wool and three wool wool diameter of B strain was 6.51 m and 0.64 m higher than that of A line,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The yield of A in two lines was higher than that in B lines,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)in 13.36 g.The litter size of A line was 0.76 higher than that of B strain,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).No significant in yield,three gross yield lanugo knife,knife two hair coarse hair diameter,two knife diameter difference Plush wool(P>0.05).3)the dominant genes of locus 1 and locus 19 were T and A.In litter size,the AT genotype of locus 1 was 1.0876 and 0.1653 higher than that of type AA and TT,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In litter size,the AG genotype of locus 19 was0.4414 and 1.6687 higher than those of type AA and GG,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mutant locus 13 was TT type two in the A strain,and the wool yield of CC was higher than that of type 25.6g,and was higher than that of CT type 8.84 g.In termsof the diameter of three bristle coarse hairs,CT is 1.73 mu m and 0.94 mu m higher than those of CC and TT respectively.In terms of the diameter of three bristle wool,TT is 1.73 mu m and 0.94 mu m higher than those of CC and CT respectively.Significant difference(P<0.05).The mutant locus 20,in the A strain,TT type two,had the highest wool yield,25.6g and 8.84 g,higher than those in type CC and CT,respectively.The TT type was 19.08 g and 11.23 g higher than the CC and CT types in the three wool yield,respectively.In terms of the diameter of three bristle wool,TT is 1.73 mu m and 0.94 mu m higher than those of CC and CT respectively.Significant difference(P<0.05).The mutant loci 3 were in the line B,and the CC type and two blade hair yield was higher than that of type 18.09 g,TT higher than that of type15.62 g,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)in CT.The mutant locus 13 was found in the strain B,and the diameter of three bristle coarse hairs of type TT was 4.01 mu m higher than that of type CC,and was 1.57 mu m higher than that of CT,with significant difference(P<0.05).In mutant line 15,in the strain B,the two blade wool yield of type GG was higher than that of type 18.09 g,AA was higher than that of type 15.62 g,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)in AG.The mutant locus 20 was found in the strain B,and the diameter of three bristle coarse hairs of type TT was 4.01 mu m higher than that of type CC,and was1.57 mu m higher than that of CT,with significant difference(P<0.05).4)linkage disequilibrium analysis of 22 SNP loci was carried out by using Haploview version4.2 software.The IGF gene,2 haplotypes,1 haplotypes of this interaction,two haplotypes and haplotype interaction have significant differences in yield and gross yield two lanugo knife,knife three wool yield(P<0.05).Lanugo wool yield CG*TA interaction than the CG and TA haplotypes were high in 6.18 g and 2.1g.Two CT*GA 10.55 g and 2.02 g haplotypes were higher than CG haplotypes and TA haplotypes,respectively.CG*TA yield was significantly different from that of other haplotypes(P<0.05)in three word yield,and CG*TA interaction was higher than CG haplotype and TA haplotype by 8.65 g and 2.95 g,respectively.2 haplotypes were constructed by FAIM gene,and 1 haplotypes were generated.The two haplotypes and haplotype interaction have significant differences in yield,two gross yield lanugo knife hand(P<0.05).In the lanugo wool yield TT*CC interaction than two TT haplotypes 5.87 g and 3.53 g respectively.The TC*TC interaction was two and 14.18 g higher than the two TC haplotypes on the gross yield of the 2.74 g,respectively.
