Farmland cultivation is the main direction of the current ginseng planting industry. The planting area of ginseng in Yanbian Prefecture accounts for more than half of the planting area of ginseng in the main production area of ginseng in Jilin Province. At present, the planting techniques of farmland vary, and the relevant research is not targeted and uniform, which seriously restricts the development of farmland production and quality control techniques. In this paper, experimental sites were set up in the four main agricultural areas in Yanbian Prefecture.Investigations and analyses were conducted on soil conditions, agronomic traits, and saponin content. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in the root weight and root thickness of the two-year farmland between the experimental sites. The three-year root weight was ranked as follows:Wangqing test site>Dunhua test site>Hunchun test site>Antu test site, among which the Wang Qing test The point(22.09 g)is significantly higher than that of the Antu and Hunchun test sites, and the rough rooting of three years is Dunhua test site>Hunchun test site>Wangqing test site>Antu test site, and the Dunhua test site(19.72 mm)is significant. It is higher than the other three test sites;the total ginsenosides content varies greatly between the experimental sites;the total ginsenosides in the two-year and three-year-old farmland are at the Antu test site>Wangqing test site>Hunchun test site>Dunhua test point.(2)The total ginsenoside content in the two-year-old farmland showed only a significant positive correlation with the total phosphorus content in the soil;the three-year-old total ginsenoside content showed a highly significant positive correlation with the total phosphorus content in the soil(r=0.809),showing a significant positive correlation with total nitrogen content(r=0.728).(3)There was a high correlation between total ginsenoside content and root weight and root diameter in the two-year-old farmland, which were-0.67 and-0.83,respectively.There was a significant negative correlation with the root weight, and a very significant negative correlation with root thickness.Relationship; The three-year-old total ginsenosides showed only significant negative correlations with root mass(r=-0.87),and no significant correlation with other traits.
