Straw resources are important renewable energy sources,which have considerable development and utilization value.In recent years,on the one hand,animal husbandry has developed rapidly,and the demand for feed has increased;On the other hand,a large number of crop straws have been burned,leading to serious environmental pollution problems,and a large amount of fog has appeared,making people,livestock,and the environment Contradictions intensified.Therefore,the recovery and utilization of straw resources have important social and ecological significance.At present,most of the domestic balers are spring-roller drums.They perform well when picking up short straws of relatively short length and soft texture such as rice and wheat,but they also pick up long,hard texture crops such as corn and sorghum.When straw is used,the conventional baler picker has the problems of insufficient strength,excessive size of the straw in the bale,and large amount of soil,which affects the direct consumption of livestock.Therefore,research and design of balers suitable for hard crop stalks such as corn are needed.The device solves the problems of large straw size and large amount of soil,and has important practical significance.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research results of the balers and pickup devices at home and abroad,and designs a straw baler pick-crushing device that integrates pick-crushing.The key parts of the pick and crushed device are designed and their operations are performed.The mechanism was analyzed theoretically,and simulation analysis was performed on the pick-up and pulverizing device to complete the field performance test of the pick-up and pulverizing device.This study provides a reference for the application of the straw baler pick-crushing device.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Explain and analyze the overall structure and working principle of the straw baler pick-crushing device,perform three-dimensional solid modeling on the pick and crushed device,determine the overall structure and basic parameters of the device,and select the material for pick-crushing components.The structure and parameters of the main working parts were designed,and the working mechanism of the pick-up and pulverizing device was analyzed theoretically,which provided a basis for the design of the pick-up and pulverizing device.(2)In order to improve the operation performance of the straw pick-crushing and ripping and binding machine,a three-dimensional model with different arrangements of the hammer claws is established.The three-dimensional assembly of the different arranging schemes designed is imported into the ADAMS software for simulation analysis,and the best one is selected.Arrangement plan.(3)In order to check the reliability of the straw baler pick-crushing device,the finite element static analysis of the T type fixed cutter was performed.By analyzing the stress cloud map and displacement cloud map,the total stress maximum value was 27.997 MPa,which is much smaller than that.Material 65Mn’s allowable stress(570MPa),reliability,and meet the use requirements.The modal analysis of the pickup roller assembly was performed to obtain the first six natural frequencies and modes.The natural frequency range is from 89.702 to 409.68 Hz,which is much larger than the excitation frequency of 30 to 33.3Hz during operation.Therefore,the machine will not be affected by resonance.damage.(4)Using the experimental scheme of the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation center combination,the field operation test was carried out on the straw baler pick-crushing device,and the influence rule of each experimental factor on the index and the optimal parameter combination were analyzed.The results show that the order of the factors affecting the pick-up loss rate is pickup roller speed,height above ground,and forward speed;the order of the impact on the passing rate of the smashing length is forward speed,pickup roller speed,and ground clearance.(5)Through the optimization module of Design-Expert8.0.6 software,the regression model of the experimental index is optimized and solved,and the optimal parameter combination is obtained,that is,the ground height is 160.5mm,the pickup roller speed is 2182r/min,and the forward speed is 2.5km/h,the corresponding pick-up loss rate was 0.53%,and the straw smash length pass rate was 98.37%.The optimum operating parameters of the smashing device of the straw baler were verified.The results showed that the average pick-up loss rate was 1.21% and the average of the smashing length acceptance rate was 97.42%.The error was not significant compared with the optimization result and the straw baler was satisfied.Job performance requirements.
