| As an important nutrient rich food crops and feed sources,corn is widely used,with the area of cultivated land decrease,increase per unit area yield of corn has become particularly important.Based on the compact type inbred line LH8012 was bred by Sichuan Agricultural Uniersity as male parent and loose type inbred line Mo17 as female parent were F2 group and F2:3 group test materials.Of the 194 F2 group for genetic map construction using SNP markers,through two field experiments to obtain F2:3 families of inverse two leaf leaf angle,leaf blade angle,inverse two leaf internode length and leaf section length between 4 plant type characters phenotypic data,harvesting mature families were measured 100 grain weight,bulk density,number of rows per ear,kernels per row,ear length,ear diameter and axis diameter 7 yield data.Based on the related traits were QTL by QTL software of IciMapping gene composite interval mapping method.The results are as follows:1.in this study,through the prediction of the genome,the HaeIII enzyme was selected for enzyme digestion,the length of the SLAF tag was selected in 414-444bp,and the SLAF tags were predicted to be 100573 SLAF2.samples were sequenced and 311.30Mb data were obtained.The average Q30 was 89.89%,the average GC content was about 48.64%,and the distribution of GC was normal3.a total of 219414 SLAF tags were obtained.Among them,there were polymorphic SLAF tags,which could be used in the construction of genetic map,and the effective polymorphism of the parents was 9.82%.(21537)4.of labeling were screened 5715 SLAF tags,the linkage group as a unit,to obtain the linear chain group Marker arranged by HighMap software,and the estimation of genetic distance between adjacent Marker,a total of above 5666 Marker,total length of 1544.84cM.5.the variance analysis of the phenotypic data,there are differences between varieties,environment and cultivarĂ—environment,can be carried out the next step of research6.by QTL software of IciMapping gene composite interval mapping method of the related traits were detected with QTL positioning.Finally,inverse two leaf leaf angle QTL is 18,and the ear leaf angle QTL 18 and two,down leaf internode length correlation QTL is 10,and the leaf blade internode long-range QTL a total of 14,and 100 grain weight of QTL 14,and QTL density is 4,and the number of rows per ear QTL a total of 15,in line with the grain number QTL 20,and a total of 15 QTL ear length,ear diameter and QTL a total of 13 with a total of 10 axis diameter QTL. |
