Maize plant-type associated traits affected the planting density and limited the developing of yield,but the molecular genetic mechanism of key plant-type associated traits,plant height(PH),ear height(EH),leaf number above ear(LNAE)and leaf number(LN)was not clear.So it is very important to analysis the genetic mechanism of plant-type associated traits.The results can provide theoretical basis for the breeding of new high-density varieties of maize.In this study,two excellent maize hybrid Nongda108 and Yuyu22 recombinant inbred lines used as research population,QTL analysis of key plant-type associated traits was carried through field experiments in Zhengzhou and Xunxian during 2 years.The main results as follow:1.The variance analysis of different traits showed that the genotype and environment had significant level on the other traits except the number of leaves on the leaf.Correlation analysis results indicated that it has the significant relationship between these traits.And the data accorded with normal distribution and suit for QTL analysis.2.69 QTLs were detected in Nongda108 RIL groups in the four environment,including11 LNAE QTLs,6 LN QTLs,17 LNAE/LN QTLs,9 PH QTLs,10 EH QTLs and 16 EH/PH QTLs.Among them,there were 1 EH QTL q EH5 a were detected in two environments.33 QTLs were detected in Yuyu22 RIL groups in the four environment,including 5LNAE QTLs,4 LN QTLs,4 LNAE/LN QTLs,8 PH QTLs,9 EH QTLs and 3 EH/PH QTLs.Among them,there were 3 LNAE QTLs,2 LNAE/LN QTLs,1 PH QTL and 3 EH/PH QTLs were detected in two environments.3.Among above QTLs detected in test,Many QTLs distributed in cluster on chromosomes.1 LN QTL,3 EH QTLs,and 1 EH/PH QTL located the region between marker umc1792 and umc2209 on chromosome 5 in Nongda108 RIL group.2 EH QTLs,2 PH QTLs and 1 LN QTL located the region between marker bnlg1538 and umc1178 on chromosome 6 in Yuyu22 RIL group.1 LNAE/LN QTL,3 EH QTLs and 2EH/PH QTLs located the region between marker umc1494 and umc1733 on chromosome 6in Yuyu22 RIL group.
