A method which using biological carbon,multi walled carbon nanotubes and graphitized carbon black as the pretreatment’ puriffication were tested for detecting the residue of phenylethylenediole,fluorobenzazole,propiconazole,fluorocyclazole,fluorosiliconazole,tebuconazole,silvanazole,myclobutanil,tricyclazole and triadimenol in water,soil,rice,corn,soybean,apple,banana,strawberry,pear,cucumber,tomato,eggplant,lettuce,spinach,celery,lettuce,cabbage and squash.the recovery,limit of quantification,detection limit and matrix effect of the recovery experiment using deffirent puriffication was compared.The results showed that the average recovery rate was 70%-120%,.The method was simple,rapid and stable.The rice root,steam and leaf of the rice which grow in nutritrient solution were detected by the method using diffirent purification after the rice treated by ten kinds of pesticide from 2h to 14d.The pesticide residue was detected in root after Id and in leaves after 2d,indicating that the pesticide in the nutrient solution was absorbed by the root firstly.To upload to the guide blade;leaf spraying rice in nutrient solution treatment after 14d was not detected roots,indicating that pesticide from conduction to the root and leaf after application,.The fungicide were tansnisamite in plant and can not transfer to the nutrient solution.The rice were treated by rooting and spraying using three kinds of pesticide preparations of were treated with the highest concentration of 1.5 times.The roots,stems,leaves and paddy soils of rice were collected at 2h 1,2,3,5,7,14,21d and 28 d.And the treatments were carried out by the above method to explore the distribution of pesticides in crops after field conditions.The results showed that the pesticides were transported from roots to leaves through the stems,and the stems were likely to only transport.The pesticides eventually accumulated in the leaves.The transport rate of fencyrazole was higher than that of the other two pesticides,and that of tricyclazole was about 4 days.The concentration of phenylephrine was the slowest.The amount of pesticide in stems and leaves decreased gradually,The amount of roots in the roots gradually increased,but the phenylethazole and tricyclazole treatment of rice soil was not detected in pesticides.Fluorocarbazole treated rice,the presence of pesticides in the soil was detected.The fluorocyclazole was not decomposed and released into the environment.Thus,there was a large environmental risk.The research results show that besides the common purifying agent of graphitized carbon black,biological carbon and multi walled carbon nanotubes can be used in pesticide residue analysis in pretreatment process,replace or use with other cleaning agent,can achieve better purification effect;the indoor and field tests show that the treatment of root irrigation of three pesticides after all in the leaves of detected pesticides migration in plant,plant pesticide transport rate of Vepoxiconazole>VTricyclazole>VDifenoconazole;foliar treatment,only epoxiconazole in soil was detected,and Tricyclazole of Difenoconazole in the plant will not only transfer is discharged in vitro,environmental risk,epoxiconazole in soil to detect environmental risk.
