Over the years, single long-term unreasonable use of pesticides, it has brought great harm toagricultural production in recent years. In China, pesticides has great development, but theutilization rate of China's pesticide is 20%-30%, because of the unadvanced machineries andunreasonable spraying ways. Several kinds of pesticide spraying machineries were chosen in thisstudy, according to pesticide examination in field, through reducing spray volume and actualprocessing volume, it aims to find out effective measures to improve the utilization rate ofpesticide.This study makes Gongnong-16 manual spraying machinery being the antitheses, accordingto adopting different pesticide spraying machineries and sprays parts in experiments ofcontrolling Cnephalocrocis medinalis, Nilaparvata lugens(Stal) and Rhizoctonia solani kuhn inthe field. The results showed:1. According to determining different spraying time,the velocity,the extent, Weishi-16(with2 fan-shaped-fog nozzles) is more advanced than Gongnong-16 in the spraying extent and time,the automatic spraying machineries Dongsheng3WZ-4 and DongfanghongD-18 is suitable forlarge scale because of its spraying width, velocity and time.2. In the experiments of different spraying machineries controlling Cnephalocrocismedinalis, Weishi-16 manual sprayer (1 fan-shaped-fog nozzle and 2 fan-shaped-fog nozzles)can be over the effect of Gongnong-16 manual sprayer, even reduced spraying volume. Theeffect of automatic spraying machinery Dongsheng3WZ-4 and DongfanghongD-18 is better thanGongnong-16, but worse than Weishi-16.3. The experiments of different spraying machineries controlling Nilaparvata lugens(Stal)and Rhizoctonia solani kuhn showed that Weishi-16 and automatic spraying machineriesDongsheng3WZ-4,DongfanghongD-18 is equal to Gongnong-16 manual sprayer, whiledecreased both spraying the volume and amount of pesticides.4. In the contrasting experiment of different nozzle on the same machineries, the effect ofWeishi-16(With lot 2 fan-shaped-fog nozzles) controlling Cnephalocrocis medinalis is marked while adding the spraying volume; but the effect is not marked for controlling Nilaparvatalugens(Stal), in the case of reducing spraying volume, it is more effective in controllingRhizoctonia solani kuhn. In controlling Rhizoctonia solani kuhn, Weishi-16(with 2fan-shaped-fog nozzles) is more effective than 750 1/hm~2 spraying volume, while the sprayingvolume reduce to 6001/hm~2, but is less when volume is 375 1/hm~2.Weishi-16 manual spraying machinery which adopted fan-shaped-fog nozzles has tinyfogdrop and is well-proportioned, it is good for spraying width, work pressure and time. Moreimportant, it was improved to have a better effect in the control of the three diseases and peststhan Gongong-16 did in the experiments. So, weishi-16 has high value in agricultural production.Although automatic spraying machineries Dongsheng3WZ-4 and DongfanghongD-18 havemany good virtues, as wide spraying, high velocity and great effection, it is heavy for the workand suitable for large scale spraying.
