This article uses the seedlings of Mangifera persiciformis C.as experimental material, using "3414" orthogonal test design, the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization rates on the growth characteristics, physiological characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics, soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities of M.persiciformis seedings were studied.By measuring each index, the quality of seedlings under different N,P and K fertilization rates was evaluated, and a balanced fertilization model was constructed to select the most suitable combination of fertilization and proportioning.Through the research of this topic, the guidelines for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization of almonds were summed up,in order to have important practical significance for the production and application of M.persiciformis seedlings.Below are key research findings:1.Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization can promote the growth and development of M.persiciformis seedlings to varying degrees, and the growth index of M.persiciformis seedlings varies with different fertilization rates. In addition to the number of primary lateral roots, plant height increase, ground diameter increase,height-to-diameter ratio,biomass,stem-root ratio, total root length, root surface area, root average diameter, and leaf area all appeared in the T6 group N2P2K2,and the maximum number of primary lateral roots appeared in the T9 group N2P2K1.2.Different fertilizers have different effects on the physiological indexes of M.persiciformis seedlings. In each treatment group, the chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, superoxide dismutase, and nitrate reductase activity were increased in October compared with June, the best treatment group was T6 group N2P2K2.However,the content of malondialdehyde and free phenylalanine decreased, with the highest value in N1P0K0 in T1 group and the lowest value in N2P2K2 in T6 group.3.The photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, and intercellular CO2 concentration of the M.persiciformis seedlings in each fertilizer treatment group were higher than those in the blank control group. The maximum values of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate were observed in the T6 group,N2P2K2,intercellular CO2 concentration was obtained in T9 group N2P2K1.4.Different fertilization treatments have different soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities in M.persiciformis seedlings. The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, urease, acid phosphatase, and sucrase in all fertilization treatments were higher than those in the control group. The total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, and highest contents of soil were T11 group N3P2K2,and T7 group N2P3K2,N2P2K3 in T10 group. The urease, acid phosphatase, and sucrase contents all appeared in the N2P2K2 in the T6 group.5.The correlation analysis of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization under different fertilization treatments showed that there was a clear correlation between the growth index, physiological index, photosynthetic index, soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities of M.persiciformis seedlings. There was a clear correlation between the growth index, physiological index, photosynthetic index and soil properties of almond seedlings. In the comprehensive evaluation analysis of membership functions, the ideal treatment group was N2P2K2 in the T6 group, and the most unfavorable was the T1 group N0P0K0.By QI calculation of seedling quality,it was calculated that QI was the highest in N2P2K2 in T6 group, reaching 12.50,and T1 group was the smallest in N0P0K0,which was only 3.06,consistent with the comprehensive evaluation of membership function.
