This study of Litsea mollis Hemsl plantation in Chongqing Wanzhou different management measures to the system of investigation and analysis,the effects of different management measures on the phenotypic diversity of Litsea mollis Hemsl,thus select the most suitable management measures of Litsea mollis Hemsl,for the sustainable management of Litsea mollis Hemsl plantation in Chongqing Wanzhou providing a theoretical basis.The main results were as follows:(1)the effect of different management measures on phenotypic traits:Leaf Length(LL)C>B>A.Leaf Width(LW)and Petiole Length(PL)C>A>B.Leaf Shape Index(LSI)B>C>A.Fruit Longitudinal Diameter(FLD),Fruit Transverse Diameter(FTD),One hundred Fruit Quality(100 FQ)C>B>A.Leaf Shape Index(FSI)C>B=A,Stalk Length(SL)B>A>C.Seed Longitudinal Diameter(SLD),Seed Transverse Diameter(STD),Seed Shape Index(SSI),Stalk Length(SL),One hundred Seed Quality(100 SQ)C>B>A.Yield Unit Area(YUA),Essential Oil Content(EOC)C>B>A,Citral content(CC)C>A>B.It could be seen,different management measures on the phenotypic traits of Litsea mollis Hemsl have a significant role.but generally speaking,C was the most significant effect.(2)Comparing the average coefficient of variation of the phenotypic variation from the management measures:A,B,C leaf traits>fruit traits>seed traits>fruit quality,CK fiuit traits>leaf traits>seed traits>fruit quality.The showed that the variation range of leaf traits was maximum under A,B,C.the variation range of fruit traits was maximum under CK.But no matter what kind of management measures showed the average coefficient of variation on fruit quality was minimal,indicating that the variation of was smallest,highest stability.Analysis of management measures from the mean value of phenotypic trait variance coefficient:leaf traits CK>A>B>C,fruit traits CK>A>B>C,seed traits A>CK>B>C,fruit quality CK>A>B>C.therefore,the variation range of leaf traits,fruit traits and fruit quality were maximum under CK,showed that the variation of characters was maximum.But,the variation range of leaf traits,fruit traits,fruit quality and fruit quality were minimal under C,showed that the highest stability of C relative to other management measures.(3)Analysising the correlation of phenotypic variation from the management measures:no matter what kind of management measures showed that most phenotypic traits were significant or extremely significant positive correlation.Among them,Under A,CK the correlation coefficient of FLD and FTD was maximum,was 0.768,0.721 respectively.Under B,C the correlation coefficient of FLD and FTD,EOC and CC was maximum,was 0.773,0.756,0.789,0.815 respectively.The showed that with the increase of FLD of FTD was significantly increased trend.With the EOC increased CC continues to rise.Management measures are compared from the phenotypic traits related coefficient:Leaf traits most traits in the form of C>B>A>CK,but LW and FLD,LW and SLD were C>A>B>CK.Fruit traits most traits in the form of C>B>A>CK.Seed traits most traits in the form of C>B>A>CK,but SLD and YUA was C>A>B>CK.fruit quality most traits in the form of C>B>A>CK,but EOC and CC was C>A>B>CK.Therefore,from the overall,the most significant effect of C management measures.From the analysis of management measures for phenotypic traits and the correlation between the geographical factors:No matter what kind of management measures in addition to significant correlation 100FQ and A,other traits were extremely significant positive correlation.Among them,under A the correlation coefficient of between YUA and H was maximum,was 0.556.under B,CK the correlation coefficient of between FLD and H was maximum,was 0.565,0.564.under C the correlation coefficient of between FLD and H,between YUA and A were maximum,all for 0.575.Show that with the increase of altitude FLD and YUA was a significant increasing trend.Comparison of the management measures from the correlation coefficient of phenotypic characters and geographical factors.FLD and H,FTD and H,100FQ and H,YUA and H,EOC and H,100FQ and A were All showed:C>B>A>CK.To a certain extent,it reflected the most obvious expression of the phenotypic traits and geographical factors of the Litsea mollis Hemsl under C the measures.(4)using principal component analysis(PCA)for the comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic traits under different management measures,the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first 2 principal components reached 85.753%.From large to small comprehensive score ranking:C>B>A>CK.It showed that C management measures was more beneficial to the growth and the improvement of phenotypic diversity of Litsea mollis Hemsl.Above all,C management measures was more advantageous to healthy growth of Litsea mollis Hemsl plantation in chongqing wanzhou,was extremely effective management measures.
