Objective:With the stable of 9 agronomic traits Rabdosia rubescens of selected by Jiyuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the experimental materials.To evaluate the different types of Rabdosia rubescens from the agronomic characteristics, chemical composition and genetic evaluation.In order to single out excellent quality of Rabdosia rubescens plants,and to lay a foundation for breeding of Rabdosia rubescens in the future,and to provide theoretical basis for solve the quality of various types of Rabdosia rubescens,and to laid the foundation for the revision new varieties of Rabdosia rubescens.Method:With the stable of 9 agronomic traits Rabdosia rubescens of selected by Jiyuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the experimental materials.HPLC method was used for the determination of oridonin, ponicidin and rosmarinic acid content,To evaluate the different types of Rabdosia rubescens from the agronomic characteristics, chemical composition and crop.Single out excellent plant of Rabdosia rubescens plants.and SPSS17.0software was used for correlation analysis based on the results of the secondary metabolite contents,plant height/node number, leaf area,, leaf length, leaf width,crop and stomata.Using ISSR Molecular marker technique to investigate the differences in agronomic traits, effective components is by the genetic variation caused by and the cluster analysis,combined with the two cluster analysis results, and breeding new varieties of Rabdosia rubescens.Result: This experiment reveal the difference of agronomic characters of Rabdosia rubescens from the appearance such as plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, node number,leaf length, leaf width and micro morphological characteristics such as upper and lower epidermal cell number, stomatal index, density and so on. In the course of the study we are found that the leaves of Rabdosia rubescens on the same plant also can appear the difference.This reflects the diversity of Rabdosia rubescens leaf morphology, but also show that the Rabdosia rubescens is a leaf "polymorphic" species.The existence of this phenomenon is probably the external manifestation of diversity of germplasm on Rabdosia rubescens.It is important for screening excellent new varieties and the preservation of Rabdosia rubescens.This part of the experiment indicate that there is some variation of the external morphology of Rabdosia rubescens.for whether it generates genetic variation will further study,SPSS17.0 software was used for principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on the results of the secondary metabolite contents.The results showed that different types of Rabdosia rubescens have obvious differences in secondary metabolites contents,and Oridonin, ponicidin, rosmarinic acid were the main factors influencing the quality of Rabdosia rubescens.It can lay the foundation for the new variety Rabdosia rubescens review.A Comprehensive Assessment for Rabdosia rubescens by using comprehensive score,The results showed that the range of score in 49.7~87.8, It have a significant difference.The number 7 is the highest 87.8 points, then there is no significant difference between the number of 3, 8, 9, 4, 2.Their scores are 76.8 points, 76.2 points, 74.4points, 72.8 points, 71.1 points, lower scores are 6, 1, 5.Their scores are 66.4points,57.0points, 49.7points.Improved CTAB method was used for extraction of DNA from different types of Rabdosia rubescen,and optimize the reaction conditions of ISSR-PCR,We selected 11 primers used to 9 different types of Rabdosia rubescens’ s ISSR analysis.Study on the genetic differentiation of different types of Rabdosia rubescens.The ISSR fingerprinting of Rabdosia rubescens were established.From the result,Calculation Of genetic distance and then genetic relationships were revealed.The results showed that a very high genetic divergence among the different types of Rabdosia rubescens,and the no.7 Rabdosia rubescens have a highest genetic distance.Conclusion:Comprehensive analysis of Rabdosia rubescens combination of the difference of agronomic characters, quality Analysis, ISSR molecular markers..The results showed there are obvious differences in quality of different types of Rabdosia rubescens. Provides a justifiable basis for the new variety Rabdosia rubescens review.The results of the two cluster analysis show that the No 7 Rabdosia rubescens is a separate one varieties.It can be used as an excellent new varieties of Rabdosia rubescens to extend planting areas.
