| This study aimed at investigating the effects of chlorogenic acid(CGA)on growth performance,Immune performance,antioxidant capacity and lipid metabolism of juvenile grass carp diets,450 healthy juvenile grass carp with initial body weight(7.53±0.30)g were reared in 960L tank with stocking density of 30 fish/tank.Five semi-purified isonitrogenous and isoenegetic diets were formulated with a supplementation of chlorogenic acid in high-fat treatments:treatment l was LL group(low-fat level diet containing 3%fat).treatment 2 was control group(high-fat level diet containing 8%fat,0 mg/kg chlorogenic acid),and the remaining three treatments were chlorogenic acid treated groups(200,400.and 600 mg/kg chlorogenic acid were added on the high-fat diet,respectively).This study last for 11 weeks.Took serum and hepatopancreas to detection corresponding indicators,the results showed that:(1)The HL group compared with LL group:There were significant higher level of crude lipid(P<0.05),lower level of moisture in juvenile grass carp of high level group(P<0.05).and there had similar growth performance of those two groups,but lysozyme(LZM)was not significant in both hepatopancreas and serum(P>0.05).complement 3 complement 4 and neutrophil phagocytosis rate were significant reduced.In the aspect of oxidation resistance.there exist significant malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum.while catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)were not significant in hepatopancreas and serum,but we can conclusion that oxidative stability were reduced throughout the numerical value of the antioxidant enzymes.the HL group also had significant higher level total cholesterol(T-CHO)in serum(P<0.05)and triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterin in hepatopancreas.lower level glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT)in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),the number of lipid drops in hepatopancreas increased significantly.(2)Compared with HL group:supplementation of 400mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased final body weight,weight gain rate and protein efficiency ratio of diet(P<0.05),significantly decreased feed coefficient.All group which supplementation of chlorogenic acid significantly increased lysozyme(LZM)complement 3 complement 4 and IgM in serum(P<0.05),600mg/kg chlorogenic acid significantly increased alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in hepatopancreas and serum,200~600mg/kg also significantly increased lysozyme(LZY)in serum.About oxidation resistance,200mg/kg significantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum(P<0.05),400mg/kg significantly increased CAT,GSH-PX enzyme activity in serum(P<0.05)and SOD、GSH-PX enzyme activity in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),it is also significantly decreased MDA content in hepatopancreas and serum(P<0.05).600mg/kg significantly increased CAT、SOD enzyme activity in serum(P<0.05)and SOD、GSH-PX enzyme activity in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),and significantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum(P<0.05).About lipid metabolism,200mg/kg significantly decreased T-CHO in serum TQ LDL-C in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),significantly increased HDL-C in serum and Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT),hepatic lipase(HL),total lipase(TL)in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),400mg/kg significantly decreased T-CHO in serum and TG、LDL-C in hepatopancreas and significantly increased HDL-C in serum HDL-C,GOT,AST,HL,LPL,TL in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),600mg/kg significantly decreased TG、LDL-C in hepatopancreas(P<0.05)and significantly increased HDL-C in serum HDL-C,GOT,GPT,HL,TL in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),there have smaller lipid droplets and area in 400HL and 600HL.Thoughout all result above,we can draw few.conclusions about my test,high fat diet significantly decreased immune,antioxidant capacity and lipid metabolism of juvenile grass carp,supplementation of 400mg/kg chlorogenic acid can enhance growth performance,immne performance,increased the oxidation resistance and increased lipid metabolism in hepatopancreas and serum on juvenile grass carp. |
