Study On Key Technologies Of Enhance The Effect Of Seed Seedling In The Elaeagnus Mollis

Abstract/Summary:
Elaeagnus mollis is a rare and endangered tree species endemic for China.Due to the great development value of the samara oil,the establishment of E.mollis planting base has great realistic demand for the large scale development of E.mollis.However,the breeding of E.mollis mainly produces by seed breeding,the seedling rate is low,and there is no perfect seedling technology system.In this research,the seeds of E.mollis as the subjects,the influences of different processing methods(seed damage method,depth of seeding,irrigation and covering of membrane,etc.)on the seedling was researched,that would be clarifying the bottleneck of seed seedling of E.mollis.Research showed that:1.The method of compaction by 60 kg roller twice could be used to get better resuits effect.With this treatment,the damage rate of E.mollis seeds was 50.17%and the damage rate of seeds kernel was 6.50%.2.The seedling rate of sowing depth at 3 cm,5 cm and 7 cm was analyzed.The results showed that the seedling emergence rate was 5.13%at the sowing depth of 5 cm,which was significantly higher than the other two treatments,indicating that 5 cm was the ideal planting seedling depth of E.mollis.3.Seedling rate of twice times of irrigation reached 12.61%,which was 2.50 times of that of non-irrigation.It could meet the water requirement of seeds,and could greatly improve the germination rate of seeds.4.The seedling emergence rate of E.mollis covered with mulching film was 11.87%,which was significantly higher than that without mulching film and was 6.84%higher than the control.In summary,it was an effective method for improving seedling emergence rate of E.mollis,by using the method of compaction by 60 kg roller twice,sowing 5 cm deep in autumn,in late November and the second year of February each irrigation once and in early March to cover the film and so on.
