| The ancient and famous tree resources are the irreplaceable precious natural historical relics in urban development.In 2016,the census and statistics of ancient and famous tree resources in Taiyuan city indicate that there are 1094 ancient and famous trees in the built up area of Taiyuan city.1075 of them are ancient trees and 19 of them are famous trees.They belong to 23 families,30 genuses and 34 species.Compared with the kinds of ancient and famous trees found in the census of 2012,4 kinds of ancient and famous tress are added in 2016,namely,golden rain tree,Chamaecyparis pisifera,Chinese ash and aspen.Statistically,the largest number of ancient tree species are acacia,side cypress,oil pine,elm and jujube trees.In this paper,not only the growth conditions of the ancient and famous trees were analyzed,but also the ancient and famous tree follow-up resources were investigated and the results were archived.In the census of 2016,140 ancient trees are added and they belong to 11 families,12 genuses and 13 species.E040 ancient side cypress was taken as the test object in this paper,based on the soil test result of E040 ancient side cypress,the rejuvenated matrix was selected,the rejuvenation was conducted and the results were obtained.Before the rejuvenation,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT of E040 ancient side cypress was low,its MDA content was high,its growth condition was poor,which was already on the verge of death.After the rejuvenation,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT of the ancient side cypress was positively correlated with its growth condition,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased to a certain extent,and its MDA content was negatively correlated with its growth condition.In addition,the technologies of ancient tree preservation,tree cave repairing and pest control were also studied in this paper,and some suggestions were put forward for the protection of ancient and famous trees in Taiyuan city... |
