The field experiments was conducted in Pingdingshan of Henan province in 2015-2016,it was carried out to study the effect of rotten wheat straw,green manure and green manure with microbial agents these different organic materials on nutrition,carbon and nitrogen,respiration these properties of tobacco growing soil and growth and development,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,in order to provide technical support and theoretical basis for the effective way of soil improvement and the improvement of tobacco leaf quality in central Henan province tobacco-growing areas.The results as follows:1 Application of rotten wheat straw,green manure and microbial agents these different organic materials was useful to reduce p H of soil,and improve soil available potassium and available phosphorus content,the effect on alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen was early increased and later timely to reduce,playing a certain role in promoting accumulation and improvement of soil nutrients.2 Application of organic materials could increase antecedent soil total carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass C and microbial biomass N contens,and the increase in treatment T3,T4 were greater than the treatment T1 and T2,the soil early fertility persistenceearly was increased.The soil microbial biomass C/N averaged at about 5,indicating that soil microbes were mainly bacteria,which of treatment T3 and T4 fluctuated more gentlely,indicating that the treatment of green manure with bacterial manure was beneficial to the release and preservation of nutrients in soil and green manure.3 Contents of all types of soil carbon were improved by application of organic materials,effects of different treatments on soil total organic carbon was T3>T4>T2>T1>CK,increasing 1.54%~6.59% compared to contrast,treatment T3?T4 were significantly different compared to contrast,but the difference between the two was not significant.The content of EOC presented an increased trend during the reproductive period of flue-cured tobacco,and treatment T3 increased most significantly.Application of organic materials significantly increased CPMI by 22.80% ~ 45.47% compared with conventional fertilization treatment,treatment T3 was significantly higher than that of other treatments.The ABC,ACC and AAC increased by 16.16%~30.68%?8.24%~23.53% and 39.81%~60.19% respectively,treatment T3 improved the most significantly in available ratio of soil carbon.4 The soil respiration was significantly improved with the application of organic materials,and with a peak occurring on the 90 th day after tobacco seedling transplanting,the soil respiration rate of treatment T1 was always the highest during the reproductive period of flue-cured tobacco.A significant positive correlation was found between the soil respiration rate and soil temperature at 10 cm depth,the order of Q10 value was T1>T4>T3>T2>CK,but there was no significant correlation between the soil respiration rate and the soil moisture content.5 Application of organic materials increased tobacco yield 6.64%~13.89% and the output value 10.47%~18.26%,and could significantly improve the proportion of superior and medium tobacco,treatment T3?T4 were significantly higher than other treatments,but the difference between the two was not significant.6 The nutrient test of middle leaves showed that organic materials application could increase the total nitrogen and phosphorus content of tobacco plant during early stage and the potassium content in tobacco leaves.Tobacco leaf C/N increased slowly before 60 d after transplanting then entering the period of rapid growth,flue-cured tobacco leaves C/N decreased.7 Application of organic materials could increase neutral aroma total contents and the content of total sugar,reduce sugar of the flue-cured leaves and decrease the content of total nitrogen,nicotine,thus made the chemical components more comfortable,sensor quality of flue-cured tobacco was improved.8 Correlation analysis showed that,alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and available potassium had extremely significant and significant positive correlations with CPMI.Soil total carbon,total organic carbon,microbial biomass C and EOC had significant or extremely significant positive correlations with CPMI.Soil microbial biomass C,microbial biomass N content had extremely significant and significant positive correlations with total nitrogen and total organic carbon respectively,which both had extremely significant positive correlations with available phosphorus and available potassium.Therefore,the CPMI could better indicate the change of soil fertility level compared with soil organic carbon,soil microbial biomass C and microbial biomass N could be used as an important biological indicator for assessing soil quality.Soil organic carbon,total carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass C,microbial biomass N and EOC content had significant or extremely significant positive correlations with total score of sensory quality,tobacco leaf C/N had not obvious correlations with total score of sensory quality,but had negative correlations with the aroma,pungent,aftertaste and momentum,had positive correlations with aroma quality.In summary,green manure with microbial agents rendered the best effect to tobacco production in the middle of Henan.
