Peach is the largest cultivated fruit tree in Anhui Province,which is of great significance to the development of agricultural economy.This experiment chooses peach "summer dream" variety,in the choice of natural open heart shape(Three main branchopen heart shape),Y shape(Two main branchopen heart shape),trunk shape three tree cultivation conditions respectively on the photosynthetic characteristics and leaf chlorophyll content,root activity and the comprehensive analysis of fruit quality,compare various tree in the actual production performance,which suited the optimal tree cultivation,anhui area for peach cultivation high quality to provide theoretical basis and practice guidance,promote regional sustainable development of the peach industry in anhui.And the following are the research conclusions:1.Open heart shaped,Y-shaped,and the trunk shaped peach tree of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)in the May Day change present a Double Peak curve,peak appears in the same 11:30and hold,except during the valley value,other time Y-shaped photosynthetic rate are the biggest,at 7:30-11:30 between Y-shaped and open heart shaped photosynthetic rate of close to the trunk form,small open heart;Between 15:30 and 17:30,the Y shape is closer to the open heart and is both higher than the trunk.In the tent of the different leaves of the tree layer on the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate,three tree are also present a Double Peak curvechanges,including Y and the outer layer of the open heart net photosynthetic rate were higher than middle and inner layer,and quite close to the upper and middle trunk shape,and were higher than the lower.2.The diurnal changes in stomatal conductance(Gs)of the three tree types were slightly different,but they were "single peak",in which the peak of the cheerful shape appeared at11:30 and the peak of the trunk shape and the Y shape appeared at 13:30 The The diurnal variation of intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of different tree peach trees was opposite to that of Pn.The diurnal variation of trunk shape and happy transpiration rate(Tr)was similar,and the peak value appeared at 13:30,while the peak value of open heart was different,reaching the peak at 11:30.3.The values of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a / b were very close to open center shaped and Y-shaped peach,and both of them were higher than those of trunk.4.Three shapes of tree root activity from high to low respectively Y-shaped,open heart shaped,the trunk shape,with open heart and trunk shape of root activity is close,the Y root activity was significantly higher than the previous two tree.Due to the lack of the main branch of the y-shaped peach tree,the condition of ventilation is better,and the root of the tree is relatively high in the roots.5.In three shapes of trees,the Y shape and the open heart are more uniform than the trunk.in the fruit and fruit indices,the shape is closer to the shape of the shape of the heart and the Y shape,and both are higher than the trunk.In soluble solids,soluble sugar,titronic acid and vitamin C(Vc),the fruit of the y-shaped peach tree is higher than the open heart and trunk.The fruit of the y-shaped peach tree is the best6.In three tree spraying concentration of 400 mg/L paclobutrazol,three kinds of tree leaves are curled,the Y and heart-shaped leaves area is close to,and were higher than the trunk shape;The chlorophyll content of three species of tree chlorophyll increased,and the growth of trunk was highest.In the main photosynthetic indices,the net photosynthetic rate of the three trees fell,and the decline of the Y and the open heart was greater than the trunk.Y on the porosity and happy stomata width will be significantly less than the trunk form,on the microstructure of blade Y and heart-shaped leaves is similar to the thickness of palisade tissue and spongy tissue,and are less than the trunk.
