Research On The Adaptability Of Myzus Persicae(Sulzer) On Tobacco Varieties And Green Control Technology

Abstract/Summary:
This article mainly use the aphids from mainly varieties of the south tobacco growing areas in anhui province as the research object.We use the new leaf discs method to measure the survival parameters of aphids in 20 tobacco varieties,such as development period,fecundity and survival rate,and explored the tobacco varieties of insect resistance mechanism preliminarily,and provide the theory basis for tobacco resistant varieties selection and resistance breeding.We also measured the virulence of 10 strains of entomogenous fungus to aphids and screened 2 highly virulence strains,providing theoretical basis of appling insecticidal fungi control to aphids.The research results can list as follows:(1)Myzus persicae has selection on different tobacco varieties: There is obvious difference for adult Myzus persicae to choose different varieties of tobacco.After inoculating the aphid for 1,2,3 day later,the number of adult aphids in minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102 are significantly less than minyan 38,guiyan 2,guiyan 3,yunyan 97.The results show that the adult aphid have some adult tropism to different tobacco varieties,and there are obvious differences between different tobacco varieties.(2)The influence on different tobacco varieties of Myzus persicae growth: There are obvious differences between differend instar Myzus persicae development period and generations period in 20 tobacco varieties.The developmental period of Myzus persicae in minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102 and yunyan117,are more than guiyan 2,minyan 38,yunyan 97,guiyan 3.The longevity of the adult in minyan 38,yunyan 97,guiyan 3,are significantly longer than minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102.The generations period of Myzus persicae in minyan 38,yunyan 97,guiyan 3,are significantly shorter than minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102.(3)The influence on different tobacco varieties of Myzus persicae survival rate and fecundity: There are significantly differences of Myzus persicae survival rate in 20 different tobacco varieties.The survival rate of all nymphs of Myzus persicae in minyan 38,yunyan 97 and guiyan 3 are higher than minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102.The fecundity of Myzus persicae in guiyan 2,minyan 38,yunyan 97 and guiyan 3 are more than minyan 57,minyan 7,zhongyan 102.no significant difference between other varieties.(4)The correlation analysis between tobacco leaf back fuzzy density,mainly chemical composition and species of insect resistance.The pH in fresh leaves of tobacco have negatively correlated to the amount of Myzus persicae adult,but have less effect on tobacco species of insect resistance.Tobacco fresh leave back fuzzy density,content of soluble protein,chlorophyll a and chloroplast pigment content are significant difference,which were significantly positive correlation with the amount of Myzus persicae adult.This shows that the Myzus persicae is more like eating the tobacco varieties with high back fuzzy density,high content of soluble protein and chlorophyll.(5)The green prevention and control of 20 tobacco varieties.20 tobacco varieties tested,Minyan57,Minyan7 and Zhongyan102 were the most highly resistant to Myzus Persicae and tobacco varieties with high trichome density,and high soluble protein and chlorophyll content,were susceptible varieties to Myzus Persicae.In 10 strains of insecticidal fungus,Metarhizium anisopliae Mf82 A,Beauveria bassiana Bb84 has the high virulence on different instars of Myzus persicae,The two fungi have a promising application for the control of Myzus persicae The same entomogenous fungi have different virulence on different instars of Myzus persicae.Strain Mf82 A on 3nd,4th instar of Myzus persicae accumulative corrected mortality is significantly higher than 1st,2nd instar.Consequently,The south of Anhui tobacco area green control to Myzus Persicae can give priority resistant breeding Minyan57,Minyan7 and Zhongyan102 and use the entomogenous fungi Mf82 A,Bb84,which are an important means of prevention and control.
