Based on the previous theories, this paper was carried out to study the green prevention and control of Myzus persicae Sulzer by using Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead according to the characteristics of the Nanzheng tobacco area of Hanzhong. In this study, the Myzus persicae Sulzer damage between high altitude and low altitude, simultaneous inoculating technology of wasp and aphid and the method and time of wasp breeding will be studied. The measures and solutions of Myzus Persicae Sulzer population control by Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead suitabled for Nanzheng tobacco area of Hanzhong will be proposed in the paper. The main results were as follows:(1)The insect-attacked rate was reduced from 60%to 46.7%and the index of aphid degree reduced from 11.47%to 4.3%with the increase of altitude in Nanzheng tobacco area.(2)The pupa number was 180~240 per plant with wasp breeding on the tobacco seedlings in the middle of May,which can control Myzus persicae Sulzer in 667 m~2 fields using 10 plants. The pupa number was 3800~4200 per tobacco plant nurtured in the greenhouse, which can control Myzus persicae Sulzer in 2~3 acres fields. On the whole, wasp breeding on the tobacco seedlings was better.(3)The aphid number decreased after placed wasps to the field, especially in the low altitude area. But in the high altitude area, the decreased aphid number less than the low altitude area.(4)The pesticide dosages in tobacco field decreased 45%and 50%in 2015and 2016,respectively.In 2015,the pesticide dosages in tobacco field decreased 57 g/667 m~2,and decreased 65 g/667 m~2 in 2016.Control Myzus persicae Sulzer by using Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead can reduce the pesticide residue on tobacco leaf, that this technology was worthy of popularization in Hanzhong tobacco area.
