Vertical rotary tillage maize transplanting compound rig design and research project,is a research project that combining with the local deep soil and corn seedling transplanting operation automatically function.Vertical rotary tillage maize transplanting compound rig mainly includes two parts of rotary tillage and transplanting.The rotary tillage are formed by hanging rack,drive system and rotary knife system,etc;Transplanting part are multiple plate hole seedlings three-dimensional storage and a whole plate of seedlings automatic conveying system,mechanical hand hole tray seedlings to grasp system,seedling dish collection system,planting and turns the soil system,etc.Vertical rotary tillage parts will provide maize seedling cultivation seedbed,local deep soil can improve soil water and soil conservaton ability,promote the corn root system,under the increasing maize root weight and root length density,thus make the corn absorb more water and nutrients in order to increase production.Automatic corn seedling transplanting part will reduce artificial transplanting the intensity of labor,improve the production efficiency,full mechanical work lays the foundation for the realization of the corn.The design of vertical rotary tillage Machine.we draw on the lessons of Y Shape Vertical Rotary Cultivator design by our project teams.We change the original machine to two groups.The redesign of the transmission system in order to better adapt to automatic transplanting.The design of auto-transplanter.After we determined entire scheme of the auto-transplanter,we establish 3D model of the automated conveyor systems of multi-spec potted trays stereo storage and whole potted tray,the system of using robotic arm to get or put plug seedin,the system of planting and covering use soil,the system of collecting potted tray.We do the main process movement analysis and individual parts simulation analyses.Using the PLC controlling to real time control the process of planting and design the controlling flow chart.
