The process and mechanism of soil redistribution caused by traditional tillage have been well understood. However, there is a lack of research on the effect of new ridge tillage on the process of soil redistribution by changing the traditional tilling soil into vertical rotary soil.A comprehensive understanding to farming caused by soil redistribution mechanism and clear ridge tillage technology adaptability in purple soil area, this paper USES the aluminum piece of tracer, simulated cultivation, topographic survey technology and typical elements indicating method of quantitative research methods, find out ridge tillage on soil vertical redistribution effect and tillage depth level of soil redistribution on the change of the characteristic,The effects of slope and machine strike on soil displacement and tillage erosion were clarified, and the regulation and control measures of silt ridge tillage in purple soil were put forward. The main results and conclusions as follows:(1)The effect of ridge farming on the level of soil redistribution. The average tillage displacement of the soil at different tillage depths under the same height tillage conditions is mainly downhill, and the average tillage displacement increases along the slope with the increase of the slope;when the slope isgentle, the difference in the average tillage displacement of the soil downhill at different tillage depths isgreater. When the tillage depth is 20 cm,the average tillage displacement along the slope is the largest(-0.14 m),and when the tillage depth is 40 cm,the average tillage displacement is the smallest(-0.04 m);Both the net soil displacement and the tillage erosion rate decreased down the slope. The average tillage displacement and net displacement of the soil along the slope upward and downward are along the slope upward, while the contour tillage is the opposite, and increases with the increase of the slope. The results show that the ridge tillage is suitable for deep tillage and downward or downward.Combination of tillage helps to increase soil thickness and reduce tillage erosion.(2)The influence of ridge farming on the vertical redistribution of soil.At different tillage depths(20cm,30 cm,40cm)under the condition of equal height tillage, about 45%~64% of the aluminum blocks move up vertically, and about 62%~76% of the aluminum blocks move up vertically when tilling uphill.Approximately 62%~65% of the aluminum blocks move vertically upwards when tilling downhill;during the ridge tillage, there is obvious migration of the bottom soil to the top soil, and the soil at the depth of tillage migrates the most;ridge tillage. The soil organic carbon concentration of the front upslope is lower than that of the downslope. The soil organic carbon concentration of the top soil is 7.22g/kg~9.15g/kg,and the soil organic carbon concentration of the bottom soil is 4.09g/kg~5.34g/kg,which is obvious After tillage, the organic carbon change characteristics are consistent with the vertical redistribution of ridge farming soil. The The research was funded by the Major Research and Development Projects of Sichuan Science and Technology Plan(2021YFN0125),and the National Natural Science Foundation of China(41401301),and the Science and Technology Project of China National Tobacco Corporation in Sichuan Province(SCYC202106).organic carbon concentration in the surface soil is significantly reduced. The soil organic carbon concentration in the soil layer equivalent to the depth of tillage increases significantly, and the phenomenon of surface accumulation disappears. The difference in soil organic carbon concentration between soil layers decreased. The results show that the vertical redistribution of ridge tillage helps to activate deep soil nutrients and is beneficial to cropgrowth.(3)Controlling countermeasures of ridge farming modeRidge farming increases the thickness of the soil layer through vertical spiral drills and reduces the net displacement of the soil downhill. The deeper the depth of tillage, thegreater the slope, the smaller the average tillage displacement and net displacement;the net displacement of tilling up or down the slope. The amount is upward along the slope, and the average tillage displacement decreases as the slope increases, that is,within a certain slope range.Uphill tillage and downhill tillage are the farming methods with the smallest displacement downhill for the purple soil area;under the condition of uphill tillage,a larger tillage depth is suitable, and 30 cm is suitable for downhill tillage. Therefore, the ridge machine should choose the farming method reasonably according to the different topographic characteristics in the purple soil slope farming: deep ploughing should be selected as far as possible when ploughing, and the larger ploughing depth should be selected when the slope is small;ridge farming is more suitable Uphill tillage and downhill tillage are adopted instead of equal height tillage.Ridge tillage is more suitable for cultivated land with larger slopes. The distance between the vertical spiral shafts of the ridge machine is large, and the distance between the shafts or the tilling direction can be adjusted to reduce the formation of barriers;the length and width of the ridge machine need to be changed according to the topographical features to adapt to the slope heel of the purple soil hilly area The unique topographical conditions of the land make the ridge machine more suitable for farming in purple soil;the complicated operation of the ridge machine needs to simplify the operation steps of the ridge machine, which makes the machine more convenient to use in the hands of farmers, and improves the ridge machine in the purple soil. The scalability of the district.
