In order to prepared animal feed with high energy, the preferred material is oil.The soybean oil not only has a good nutrition with chemical composition, but also has a high production in our country, therefore the soybean oil is the first choice as animal feed oil. However,if the edible soybean oil be used as animal feed oil,not only has had a high cost, but also would cause the people edible soybean oil supply shortage in market. Therefore, this study will be used of the soybean oil at the bottom of the tank and the soybean phospholipid oil as feed. This feeding experiment, using edible soybean oil as a reference, determinate the feeding value of the soybean oil at the bottom of the tank and the soybean phospholipid oil.Besides used of the modified soybean oil at the bottom of the tank(such as oil powder)to feed animal to evaluate the feeding value. It provided a basis for rational development and utilization of the soybean oil at the bottom of the tank and the soybean phospholipid oil as feed. This study consists of two experiments. The applied effects of soybean oil with different quality in finishing pigs were studied in the experiment 1.The applied effects of modified soybean oil(oil powder)in finishing pigs were investigated in the experiment 2.In experiment 1,120 healthy, weighting about 60 kg,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)finishing pigs were selected, then according to the similar body weight and the same gender were randomly divided into four groups: the control group and the experimental group 1,2 and 3 each group 30 pigs. The control group pigs were fed to basal diet of the pig farm;the experimental group 1 pigs were fed to basal diet substituted 2% of edible soybean oil for 2% of corn, the experimental group 2 pigs were fed to the basal diet substituted 2% of oil at the bottom of the soybean oil tank for 2% of corn;the experimental group 3 were fed to the basal diet substituted 1% of soybean phospholipid oil for 1% of corn. The feeding experimental period was 70 d.The feeding experimental results were as follows: ADG of the experimental group 1,2,3increased respectively by 19.69%(P<0.05),25.96%(P<0.05)and 12.98%(P<0.05)compared with the control group pigs.FCR of the experimental group 1,2 and 3increased respectively by 12.34%(P<0.05),15.11%(P<0.05)and 13.35%(P<0.05)compared with the control group. The feed cost of per kilogram weight gain of the experimental group 1,2 and 3 decreased respectively by 11.06%,13.11%,11.63%compared with the control group.Glucose in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 increased respectively by 29.58%(P<0.05),28.80%(P<0.05)and 21.73%(P<0.05)compared with thecontrol group.GPT activities of the experimental group 1,2 and 3 pig serum decreased by13.09%(P<0.05),12.19%(P<0.05)and 11.54%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.GOT in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 decreased by1.42%(P>0.05),8.25%(P>0.05)and 8.85%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.TP in the experimental group 1,2and 3 pig serum increased respectively by 8.72%(P<0.05),7.19%(P<0.05)and12.68%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.TC in the experimental group 1 and 2pig serum decreased by 7.50%(P>0.05)and 12.5%(P<0.05)compared with the control group, then the experimental group 3 increased by 3.33%(P>0.05).TG in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 pig serum increased respectively by 5.47%(P<0.05),6.72%(P<0.05)and3.98%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.UN in the experimental group 1,2 and 3pig serum decreased respectively by 6.41%,5.83% and 3.30% compared with the control group, and have not reached significant level(P>0.05).T-SOD activities in the experimental group 1 and 3 pig serum increased by 1.53%(P>0.05)and 9.73%(P<0.05)compared with the control group: however, the experimental group 2 decreased by1.5%(P>0.05).MDA in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 decreased respectively by12.67%,15.83% and 16.75% compared with the control group, and all have reached significant level(P<0.05).In experiment 2,40 healthy, weighting about 75 kg two-way crossbred(Yorkshire×Landrace)finishing pigs were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the similar body weight and the same gender: the control group and the experimental group,20 pigs in each group. The control group pigs were fed to the basal diet. The experimental group pigs were fed to the basal diet substituted 3.5% of emulsified oil powder for the same amount wheat bran. The feeding experimental period was 42 d.The feeding experimental results were as follows:FCR and ADG in the experimental group increased respectively by 6.15%(P<0.05)and 6.37%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Glu,TG and TC in the experimental group pig serum increased respectively by13.69%(P<0.05),58.06%(P<0.05)and 10.81%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.UN in the experimental group pig serum decreased by 2.09%(P>0.05).GPT and GOT activities in the experimental group pig serum increased respectively by 0.87%(P>0.05)and 0.74%(P>0.05).According to a series of results of the two experiments, the conclusion was made:? The supplementation of different quality of soybean oil or modified soybean oil(emulsified oil powder)to the basal diet could improve the nutritional status and biochemical metabolism, promote the growth of pigs and improve the feed conversionratio in finishing pigs;? The soybean oil at the bottom of the tank and the soybean phospholipid oil as feed could reduce the costs;?The soybean oil at the bottom of the tank and the soybean phospholipid oil could produce the same effect compare to edible soybean oil.
