In recent years,breeding companies feed additive use non-standard lead to food safety incidents occurred frequently,especially in animal products,veterinary drug residue problems become the focus of social attention,for low residual feed additives has become one of the important topic of research.Chinese medicine is popular with the market because of its natural and non-toxic side effects.As a traditional Chinese medicine,it has antibacterial anti-inflammatory,improved immunity and cough,etc.,as additive has potential market prospect.This study will celandine superfine powder is added to the highland based diet of brown laying hens,based on production performance,serum biochemical index,antioxidant capacity index and the prevention of diarrhea and so on were analyzed,and the evaluation of celandine superfine powder of laying hens,provide experiment basis for the clinical application of celandine.Methods: The experiment was conducted with the selection of 120 plumage,and randomly divided into four groups.Are: the control group(diet),experimental group ?(basal diet+0.025% celandine superfine powder),experimental group ?(basal diet + 0.050% celandine superfine powder)and experimental(basal diet + 0.075% celandine ?superfine powder).After giving the drug,the data on the performance of the egg chicken are collected daily.To collect blood samples from 7d,14 d,21d and 28 d,to detect changes in serum biochemical index and serum antioxidant capacity.The structure of duodenal tissue was detected in the 14 d and 28 d samples.During the full period of the trial,the incidence of eggs and the duration of diarrhoea were statistically estimated.Results:1.Different celandine add level affect the performance of laying hens production: during the test group average egg weight,daily feed intake,eggs are between control group and no significant difference(P>0.05);Test 22~28 d,the test group ?patients rate were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);Test 15~21d,22~28 d,patients broken egg rate of trial group were significantl? y lower than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Different celandine added levels of some serum biochemical indicators and antioxidant capacity indicators: the influence of experimental groups aspertate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,total protein levels and the control group no significant difference(P>0.05);test 28 d,the test group ?and test group ?total cholesterol and urea nitrogen level was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);test 28 d,the test group ?and test group ?total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);No significant difference was found between the levels of propol dialdehyde and the control group(P>0.05).3.Different celandine adding level of laying hens duodenal organization structure and the effect of the prevention of diarrhea:Test 28 d,intesinal villi height is higher than the ?control group,significant difference(P<0.05),the test group and control group of villus width,crypt depth difference was not significant(P>0.05);In the test period,all patients ?laying hens incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea duration is lower than the control group and test each other.To sum up: celandine superfine powder can improve the production performance of laying hens and antioxidant capacity,increase the laying hens duodenal absorption area,reduce the incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea duration of laying hens.
