P.heterophylla from Zherong,Fujian Province which has the name of the town of P.heterophylla,has the effects of special pharmacology and health care,because of the unique natural environment.It has became one of the particular market symbol.T here are nearly ten thousands mu areas for normatively planting,but most of the planting areas are on the hills,where the acreage is small and sloping.And the harvesting work of P.heterophylla is mainly relied on manpower.Based on the planting patterns in Zherong,Fujian Province,as well as the development status and trend of Chinese medicine harvesting machine and rhizome crops harvesting machine at home and abroad,a vibrational machine of P.heterophylla harvesting used for the Southern hilly area is designed in this paper.Micro cultivator is used as the traction power.The work progresses of digging,delivering,separating and etc for P.heterophylla is completed once and for all,then the aim of machine instead of manual work can be achieved.The key problem of the actual situation to study the P.heterophylla mechanized harvesting is combined.1.According to the field trip of P.heterophylla production base in Zherong,Fujian Province,the growing environment and soil property are acquainted.The data from site measurement(such as ridge width,ridge highth,digging depth,etc.)is used to support the machine of P.heterophylla harvesting designing.2.Consulting about root crops,such as potato,peanut,etc.)and root crops harvester Chinese medicinal materials related information,understanding the working principle of the harvester,the design of P.heterophylla harvester with general direction.3.Each unit of P.heterophylla harvester structure analysis,theoretical analysis and parameters,and using 3 d software Pro/Engineer of P.heterophylla harvest machinery on the virtual assembly,the whole machine including frame,mining equipment,jitter separation device,transmission system,etc.4.Using the ANSYS software to key parts of the machine simulation statics analysis and modal analysis,and optimize the harvester of key parts.And using ADAMS motion simulation software to create elevator shaking sieve chain separation device model,motion simulation,rationalize motion parameters.5.Done to optimize the model,and using CAD assembly and detail drawings of the whole machine 2 d figure drawing,on the whole machine assembly,to preliminary installation and debugging of prototype,and forecasts the expected economic benefits.
