Gleditsia japonica Miq.wax.velutina L.C.Li is unique,rare and endangered species in Hunan Province,the number of existing wild plants are scarce,which is a national secondary protection plants.T he study has carried out on community structure and rapid propagation.The results are as follows:1 According to the survey of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li community,the analysis of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li communities' species composition has known that there are 92 vascular plants in 49 families,82genuses There are 3 ferns in 3 families,3 genuses,1 gymnosperms specie in 1 family,1 genus,88 angiosperms in 45 families,78 genuses,and 5 wild individuals in Heng mountain,which of 3 are investigated for new discovery.2 The specie life styles analysis of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li community has shown that:high buds life-type plants accounts for a large proportion,55.43%in groups,the second is geophytes,15.22%in groups.The analysis of community vertical structure of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li has shown that the dominant tree species in the tree layer are Sycopsis sinensis,Cyclobalanopsis sessilifolia,Padus obtusata,important value respective 13.45,9.00 and 7.73,the important value of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li is 5.40,5th in value line.The shrub layer dominant species are Camellia cuspidata and Indocalamus tessellatus,important value respective 14.27 and 9.27.The herbaceous layer dominant species are Pellionia raaicans and Dryopteris laboraei,important value respective 13.67 and 10.16.3?The analysis of community species diversity of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li has shown that:the species richness of each level are high in the range of 22-34,and Pielou evenness index are high in range of 0.84-0.91 which indicats that the group is relatively stable,high ecological diversity,rich species,even distribution.4?The seed of G.japonica Miq.var.velutina L.C.Li has being germinated as explant material,through the callus induction and differentiating,adventitious buds multiplication,transplanting,the rapid regeneration system has been set up.It is shown that:9 kinds of culture medium can induce callus production.IAA can get the highest rate of Range in different concentration which is the the main factors of callus induction·The result of intuitive analysis has shows that MS+6-BA3.0 mg/L+KT0.4 mg/L+IAA0.3 mg/L medium could induce callus and buds simultaneously,and the average induced callus rate is 90.5%.5?According to adventitious bud proliferation results,it has shown that:6-BA is the main factors of adventitious buds which can make the largest impact on the buds proliferation of Range in different concentrations.Intuitive analysis result shows that the best medium is 1/2MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,the proliferation multiple is 4.0.6?The rooting rate is 100%in MS+NAA0.5 mg/L+IAA0.25 mg/L,growing well after transplanting,and transplanting survival rate is 90%.
