In this paper, the research are focus on the modification of veterinary drugs by means of chemical modification and physical transmission, whice hoping to achieve the purpose of high efficiency, low toxicity,no pollution.First,we synthesize pH sensitive monomer HBG,HBO and light sensitive monomer 4-AAB,and mesoporous silica as drug carrier, natural polysaccharide of a-cyclodextrin as outer packaging materials, assembling the two sets of intelligent drug controlled release system. We also preliminary investigate the controlled release effect for Maq and 5-FU in pH sensitive type and light sensitive type of intelligent drug controlled release system, respectively. The results show that both sets of intelligent drug controlled release system have the high drug loadings and good monodispersity. If the peripheral environment was around pH=5,the drug release effect of 5-FU@MSN-HBG@a-CD?Maq@MSN-HBG@a-CD and Maq@MSN-HBO@a-CD is much better;while light wavelength was close to 254 nm,5-FU@MSN-AAB@a-CD also show a good function of drug controlled release.Secondly,in order to developing a method for both keeping the drug efficacy and reducing the side effects,we take the natural starch as drug carrier for examining the influence of drugs, such as its aspirin, nicotinic acid and ofloxacin. The results showed that the three coupling compounds can effectively slow down the release of components, control the drugs concentration in blood, and reduce the stimulating effects to the digestive system. Finally,we functionally modified the starch which has no pharmacological activity, giving it a anticoagulant function. At the same time,we studied its anticoagulant experiment on the rabbits blood. The results show that all of functional-modified starchs have a certain anticoagulant function, and the anticoagulant effect has a linear relationship with the degree of the sulfating.
