This article mainly researches the key technology of the topsoil stripping and land reclamation under the background of the increasing and decreasing hook of urban and rural consolidation in YongJi Country.By investigating and collecting a large number of relevant information,understanding some factors such as the landforms,hydrology,population distribution,crop distribution of Jilin Province,we divide the types and distribution of land consolidation in Jilin Province.As the basis on rural construction land "change link" projects of Yongji Country.to study the construction of new district topsoil stripping and soil fertility tests.The types of village land consolidation and the project area which is about the topsoil stripping technology is located in Chaluhe Town,Yongji Country,Jilin Province.We mainly research the village land consolidation types in the black soil area,the conservation technology in the demolition of the old district and the overburden soil technology in the construction area which are related to the project area of the increasing and decreasing hook.Due to the limited time,the test which is about the thickness of the overburden soil involves in the overburden soil technology,the demonstration area in Yongji Country was unable to complete.We use the method of space displacement time and select the test site in economic development zone,Changchun City to the assistant research.The soil test before the topsoil stripping mainly analyses the physical and chemical properties of soil and the applicable conditions of topsoil stripping,determines whether the soil in the topsoil stripping zone is consistent with the requirements of the stripping and the conservation technologies which are adopted in the topsoil of the dump sites to prevent soil nutrient loss during stacking period,the drainage and environmental protection measures which are adopted in the topsoil of the dump sites to prevent the decline in the soil quality.The topsoil soil reconstruction technology determines the optimum thickness of soil layer.Combined with the actual situation of the project area,we summary the technology of the deep plowing and land leveling,topsoil backfill,soil fertility technologies.1?we divide the types and distribution of land consolidation in Jilin Province,Land consolidation types include topsoil stripping and non-topsoil stripping2?According to the results of the soil physicochemical properties which are about the project area of "the increasing and decreasing hook",we work out that the topsoil is consistent with the requirements of the stripping and can go on the stripping work.Based on experience and the actual situation of the project area,Summed up the project area topsoil conservation measures in the dump sites2?Combined with the actual situation of the project area,we summarize the conservation measures of the topsoil in dump sites.3?Based on experience and land consolidation specification requirements,combined with experimental analysis,working out that the optimum thickness of covering soil is 30 cm.and Summed up the project casing technology of demolition areaThe types which are about the village land consolidation and the topsoil stripping technology of the black soil area in Jilin province provide certain reference value for the village land consolidation and the topsoil stripping technology and solve the key problems of topsoil stripping process:stacking soil conservation and the technology of the overburden soil fertility activation,it has a great significance for the protection of farmland and the balance of the cultivated land in Jilin Province.
