The dried flower spcia of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.(Schizonepeta genus of Labiataes family)is the object of the research.There are a mount of peltate glandular trichomes on the surface of schizonepeta spcia.Peltate glandular trichomes that are the plant secretory structure play an important role in the property of schizonepeta spcia.A method was established for separation,purification,enrichment and enumeration of peltate glandular trichomes from schizonepetae spica which combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis of major constituents of its inclusions.The dynamic rule of quantitaty and inclusion of glandular scales during the process of flowering was also explored.Otherwise,the proteomics was studed in the north and south schizonepeta spcia.In chapter 1,a detail review was mentioned about the latest research in Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.including historical development,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application.In addition,glandular trichome was also reviewed including Organization form,research techniques,metabolic composition and molecular control.In chapter 2,frozen brush method and sedimentation of water concentration connected to technology of materials affinity were applied to separate and concentrate peltate glandular trichomes respectively,and extracts of inclusions was qualified by gas chromatography tandem MS detector.29 chemical compounds were identified from peltate glandular trichomes'inclusions of schizonepetae spica,constituting 97.45%of the total peak area.35 charateristic common peaks exceeding 97%of the total peak area was both present in peltate glandular trichomes inclusions and essential oils of schizonepetae spica.The difference contents of pulegone,dl-menthone,d-limonene,E-carveol acetate,et al between peltate glandular trichomes,inclusions and essential oils of schizonepetae spica were large.Microscope enumeration was considered used to quantitative analysis three monoterperes in single peltate glandular trichome and the calyx of schizonepetae spica.The peltate glandular trichomes' inclusions of schizonepetae spica was also qualitative by UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS.35 chemical compounds were identified including 9 mono terpenoids,7 polyketones,2 nucleotides,3 amino acids,2 purines,2 phenylpropanoids,3 amides and 2 fatty acids.In chapter 3,flowering as the benchmark for phenology,the dynamic rule of quantitaty and inclusion of glandular scales during the process of flowering was explored.The most of glandular scales were formed before blossom.The number of glandular scales came to decline after blossom because of enviroment facters.The quantitaty and inclusion of glandular scales can be generated before blossom mostly.Howerer some of compounds were still in state of high metabolism in the late flowering stage,which could affect the efficacy directly.The metabolism of glandular scales' inclusion was obvius and the pulegone accumulated during the process of flowering.In chapter 4,the proteomics were studed in the north and south schizonepeta spcia with TMT labing.The up-regulated proteins were mainly involved in photosynthesis system.Additionally,the down-regulated proteins were mainly responsible for aerobic respiration.The phenomenon may be due to the water stress for the south schizonepeta spcia.
