| Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum was dicovered and named by Liu qihong in1982. It is a new variant of Dendranthema indicum, compared with Dendranthema indicum, its flower, leaf, stem and whole plant have the smell of the fragrance, so in the cosmetics, medicine and other fields, have broad application prospects. Because it is a rear aroma variety, it has a significant to improve the varieties of plants of the genus chrysanthemum.In this paper, I make an exploration to the distribution rule of the Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum table fur type, structure of the leaf, stem, flower and the situation of the density of glandular trichomes in different development days and leaf position.We use methyl jasmonic acid and salicylic acid deal with Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum in order to research the effects of the density of glandular trichomes and ene terpenoids, camphor, borneol, alchol ketone substance of the glandular trichomes secretion. The result prove that:There are two kinds of table fur on Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum. One is T-shaped non-glandular trichomes which doesn’t have the secretion function. They distribute in the whole Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum except the floral organ. The other one is Capitate glandular trichomes, unlike T-shaped non-glandular trichomes, the capitate glandular trichomes also distribute on the floral organ and mainly distribute in lower epidermis; There are also a small amount capitate glandular trichomes on the ovary. In addition, the distribution regular of capitate glandular trichomes has difference on the different seeding age.Low concertration0.05%and0.10%methyl jasmonic acid has little impact on the density of leaves’capitate glandular trichomes. However the high concertration0.25%,0.50%methy jasmonic acid can significantly increase the density of leaves’capitate glandular trichomes. The concentrations of0.10%and0.25%methy jasmonic acid treatment can significantly increase the total content of ene terpenes,and the concentrations of0.25%is notable. The four concentrations of methy jasmonic acid treatment all can significantly increase the total content of camphor, borneol,cineole, alcohol and ketone. and the concentrations of0.25%is notable. After methyl jasmonic acid treatment, within0-28hours, the total content of ene terpenes, camphor etc. alcohol and ketone show a rising trend, reaches a maximum at24hours. But except the copeane, It shows a rising trend within28hours, reaches a maximum at28hours.Effect of different concentrations of salicylic acid treatment on the density of capitate glandular trichomes of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum leaves is not significant. But it has impact on glandular trichome secretions. Salicylic acid treatment can significantly increase substances concerned of the glandular trichome secretions. As to ene terpenes, concentrations of0.25%is notable. As to camphor ect. lower concentrations treatment of0.05%is more notable. As to alcohol and ketone,0.05%and0.25%more notable than others. The variations of relative content of substances showing that:the total content of ene terpenes, alcohol and ketone all reach a maximum at8hours, but the camphor etc. reaches a maximum at24hours. |
