| Reactive oxygen species(ROS)are generated in the process of the aerobic metabolism in plant and include a class of molecules with fierce oxidation and reaction.ROS are the importance of signal transduction molecules.When subjected to drought,heat,cold and other stress,the level of ROS can increase rapidly.High concentrations of ROS can affect the structure and function nucleic acids and proteins by oxidative damage.Therefore,the concentration of ROS palys an important role under stree.Decreasd the level of ROS is closely related with the activities of antioxidant enzymes.SODI mimics can decrease the level of ROS,which enhance the resistance of plant.Electrochemical analysis were used to Cyclic Voltammetry of benzene and imidazole copper metal complexes,which was significant for theoretical research.Through UV absorption spectra,we found that benzene and imidazole copper metal complexes can have biological activities,and its biological activities increase with the number of benzimidazole.Based on the structure of SODI mimics,the mechanisms of the SOD1 mimics were discussed.UV-visible spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and ELISA were used to research the properties about SOD1 mimics under drought stress in rice.Based on the theoretical and experimental results,the relationship between the concentration of ROS,the activities of antioxidant enzyme and the dosages of SOD1 mimics was analyzed.With increased levels of drought,SOD1 mimics paly a key role.Considering the effects on the level of Ca and ABA,the relationship between Ca,ABA and SOD1 mimics was determined,which was significant for the research of stress. |
