| In order to explore the effect of different concentration of GA3 and TDZ on fruit cluster elongating,fruit-set,seedless,enlargement and fruit quality of ’Molixiang’ grape.Taking ’Molixiang’ grape as test materials,which were sprayed with different concentrations of plant growth regulator in different stage(bloom、5-days prebloom、10-days prebloom).The results showed that:the treatments of 5-days prebloom with 100 mg·L-1 GA3 and 10-days prebloom with 50-100 mg·L-1 GA3 can satisfy the fruit cluster elongating、fruit-set and seedless of plastic greenhouse grape;the enlargement effect of TDZ treatments was significantly greater than the treatments of Control and GA3,meanwhile,the treatment of GA3 and TDZ both had the side effects on reduce the soluble solids content and improve the titration acid content.And the high concentration of TDZ treatments can relatively restrain the effect on enlarges.Thus the effects of GA3 treatments is obvious on fruit-set and seedless of field grape and plastic greenhouse grape.The Treatments of TDZ on Fruit enlargement effects of plastic greenhouse grape was remarkable. |
