| The tiller powered by a small gasoline or diesel has advantages with simple struc ture,convenient operation,easy maintenance,stable and reliable.For the reason that t he arable land in our province supplies scarce,ground elevation undulates terribly and farmland mainly distributes in the hilly areas or woodland,making tiller works more difficult in this terrain than job plains;Due to the situation of mountain road performs narrow and bumpy,the tiller needs to be transported to the designation before workin g.What means that its transport has become a major problem with a large amount lab or contribution.According to these situations it could encounter,this paper designed a set of removable,portability,stability and other features in one portable removable ty pe woodland tiller.Based on the actual condition while tiller working in woodland,this paper used t he model LZ-1WG4.2Q from Fuzhou LiangZheng Machinery Co.,Ltd.as subject.Th e specific researches are showed as below:1.Through the consult of domestic and foreign literature,introduced the development of domestic and foreign tillers and research status at home and abroad combined with the characteristics of rotary tillers and rotary tillers job working environment,raise problems of research object and research content,determined the overall design of the portable removable type rotary tillers of woodland.2.According to the overall design scheme of micro tillage machine design of key parts.Divided into micro tillage machine can tear open outfit the main part of the design and the design of portable structure two aspects.The design of detachable part mainly includes the quick connector design,can tear open outfit the design of armrest and rotary knife three parts of the design.Portable structure design is mainly to design a portable small carts and a portable shoulder bag structure,by adopting the combination of "pull one back a" design idea,realize the purpose of a single machine to carry,save Labour.At the same time according to the micro tillage machine in the process of actual land reclamation operations,rotary tillage farming the effect not beautiful tool,cutting tool under plow deep problems such as insufficient,so need to cutting tool for structural optimization design.3.Through the Pro/e 3 d software of micro tillage machine key parts structure of 3 d modeling,digital prototype model according to parts assembly,ensure structural design is reasonable.And through the Pro/e established structure of portable device and rotary cutting tool,the three-dimensional entity model,for the rest of the finite element simulation analysis provides a model file.4.Through finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench statics analysis was carried out on the structure of portable devices,statics analysis was carried out on the rotary tillage tool at the same time,through the simulation results obtained by the finite element simulation analysis and research,provide the basis for structure optimization design,in order to get a better design.5.At last,by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software for portable disassembling decay tillage machine whole structure statics analysis,through the analysis of the results to determine micro tillage machine strength and stability of the whole machine structure is enough.Modal analysis for the micro tillage machine machine,get their first ten order vibration mode and natural frequency of vibration characteristics,and analyze the simulation results of the first ten order modes.With vibration deformation displacement at dismountable portable woodland micro tillage machine after disassembling,micro tillage machine work caused by vibration and vibration of the prototype work if there is a big difference. |
