| Mineral nutrition is the basis of the growth and development of plants,in order to have a comprehensive understanding of Yunnan "Palayinda" Mango fertilizer requirement characteristics and nutrient variation. This study we selected "Palayinda" mango orchards from 2012 to 2015,in Baoshan of Yunnan. In fixed place and time,we got the top two blades which were new born in the year.Analyzing 11 nutrient elements such as Nitrogen,Phosphor,Potassium,Calcium,Magnesium,Sulfur,Ferrum,Manganese,Copper,Zinc,Boron which contending in Palayinda mango leaves for a whole year, and finding out the dynamic changes of the nutrient elements throughout the year, combined with high-yielding orchards and low-yielding orchards nutrient differences, and then chose the appropriate time and location to diagnose the leaves.Using the standard value method,Balanced Index method,Deviation from Optimum Percentage method, and we use this three methods to diagnose the nutritional status of different "Palayinda" orchard.By doing this,we founded the leaf diagnosis indexes for "Palayinda" mango in Yunnan and raised out the fertilizer demand for each orchard. The main results are as follows:1.The first blade in "Palayinda" mango, the annual average nutrition contents in leaves are:Ca>N>K>Mg>S>P>Mn>Fe>B>Zn>Cu.2.In different growth stages, the different mineral elements content in leaves of"Palayinda" mango are different. The content of N in fruit expanding stage and fruit maturation period was significantly higher than that in the vegetative stage and blossom stage;the content of P in vegetative stage was significantly higher than the other three stages;the content of K was significantly lower than that of the other three stages;the content of Ca in fruit enlargement period was significantly lower than the other three stages;the content of Mg in blossom period was significantly higher than that in other stages;the content of S in the fruit enlargement and fruit maturation period was significantly higher than that in the vegetative stage and blossom stage;the content of Fe in vegetative period was significantly higher than other three stages;the content of Mn in fruit maturity stage was significantly higher than that in other stages;the content of Cu in blossom period significantly lower than the other three stages;the content of Zn was significantly higher than that in the other three stages;the content of B in expanding stage and fruit maturation period was significantly higher than that in the vegetative stage and blossom stage.3.According to the nutrients content in 3 years in the leaves, comparing the average minimum and coefficient of variation, comprehensive relatively leaf nutrient content was relatively stable in January, reflect the most sensitive,so choose January at the time of diagnosis.Compared with the two blades, the variation of most large and medium volume elements in the first leaf was small, and the repeatability was good in the years.4.The appropriate mineral nutrient diagnosing ranges of "Palayinda" mango are:N:11.92~15.92g/kg、P:0.81~1.17g/kg、K:6.55~9.48g/kg、Ca:13.00~18.76g/kg、Mg:1.71~2.09g/kg、S:1.18~1.45g/kg、Fe:52.87~81.71mg/kg、Mn:505.22~1140.68mg/kg、Cu:6.79~12.29mg/kg、Zn:10.41~16.13mg/kg、B:13.87~22.13mg/kg。5.Using the standard value method, the balance index method,DOP method for the diagnosis of orchard, the diagnosis system is different, and the fertilization order also has some difference. |
