| Analysis of leave nutrient element is one of the important methods in fruiter nutrient diagnosis. Critical value method and diagnosis and recommendation integrated system method are fruiter nutrient diagnosis methods that based on leave nutrient element analysis. The experiment is according to the nutrition characteristic and the diagnosis method of the Hong jin long’s leaves which are from the representative orchard in Hainan province.Main results are as follow:1.The Hong jin long’s difference area leaf each monthly change rule of the whole year’s nutrient content showed that the rules of mineral elements in Hongjinlong mango leaves along with the changing months were that:during the vegetative growth phase, the content of nutrient elements in leaves increased but Potassium declined;during the reproductive growth phase, the content of Nitrogen, calcium in leaves increased, and the other declined; during the fruit enlargem phase, the content of Nitrogen, Potassium, Manganese in leaves declined, the content of Calcium in leaves increased, and the content of Phosphor, Sulfur, Magnesium in leaves changed slightly; during the fruit maturation phase, the content of Nitrogen, Manganese in leaves increased in different degrees, the content of Potassium, Calcium, Sulfur in leaves declined.2. The differences of nutrition contend in Hongjinlong mango leaves of different orchards indicated that:among different orchards, there were no significant differences in nutrition content in most of Hongjinlong or Jinghuang mango leaves, but the content of Nitrogen in Hongjinlong mango leaves of Ledongzhixin, Lingshuifutian, Lingshuiliuhe was remarkably higher than Daoxilinchang, Ledongyangguang, Lingshuiwenying; and the content of Phosphor in Hongjinlong mango leaves of Lingshuiliuhe was significantly higher than Daoxilinchang; furthermore the content of Calcium in Hongjinlong mango leaves of Daoxilinchang was notably lower than the leaves of the else orchards.3. The differences of nutrition contend in Hong jin long mango leaves of different leaf area indicated that:among different leaf position, there were significant differences in the nutrition content of Nitrogen in Ledong zhixin, the nutrition content of Phosphorus significant differences in Daoxi linchan, Ledong yangguan. and the nutrition content of Potassium significant differences in Ledong zhixin,Lingshui futian, Lingshui liuhe and lingshui wenying.but the diversity of the content of Calcium, Magnesium and Sulfur in different position in multi regions is significantly different or extremely significantly different.4.In different months, the comparison of leaves nutrient content between hongjinlong indicated that the annual average minimum of hongjinlong leaves nitrogen content was in November. Minimum inter-change of strain was from September to November. Minimum coefficient of variation was in August followed by November. The annual average minimum of leaves potassium content was in December followed by November. The smallest change in strain was between October and November. Minimum coefficient of variation was in September followed by October. From the annual average in September the calcium content was the smallest, followed by November. The strains change least between November and December. From the annual average in December phosphorus content was the smallest, followed by September and November. The smallest coefficient of variation is in November and August. From the annual average in November magnesium content of the smallest, followed by September October. In October and November magnesium and sulfur content remains unchanged.5.The nutrition diagnosis index of Hong jin long confirmation: the optimum nutrition concentrations of Hong jin long in leaf were N15.75-19.17g/kgã€P1.17-1.41g/kgã€K9.58-10.82g/kgã€Ca22.51-24.37g/kgã€Mg1.69-1.94g/kg and S0.91-1.35g/kg.6.The research on nutrient diagnosis DRIS demonstrated that: the nutrition balance of Hongjinlong mango leaves in Hainan was in deficit state. The demand of Hongjinlong mango for Nitrogen, Calcium and Potassium was deemed to be relatively larger than the demand for Phosphor Magnesium and Sulfur. Therefore, we should pay attention to enlarge the fertilization amount of Nitrogen, Calcium and Potassium appropriately while fertilize Hongjinlong and Jinghuang mango; The optimal ratio or CostAccumulation range of nutrient concentration of Nitrogen, Calcium and Potassium in Hongjinlong mango leaves:N*P=22.6430±2.3292ã€N*K=196.110721.3686ã€P/K=0.1158±0.0045... |
