Studying the distribution and storage dynamic change of soil organic carbon?total nitrogen?total phosphorus of Diaoluoshan tropical rain forest ecosystem between 2011 and 2015 can provide the basis for guiding forest protection?soil improvement,at the same time,evaluate the ability of carbon sequestration?nitrogen and phosphorus storage and estimate economic value of carbon sequestration of Diaoluoshan Nature reserve(DNR).This paper takes eight plots(50 m×50 m)in DNR,each plot sets two soil s amples(R1?R2),takes soil on the basis of 0?10cm?10?20 cm?20?30 cm?30?50 cm?50?100 cm,analyzes soil organic carbon?total nitrogen?total phosp horus content.Each plot sets six shrubs samples(2m X 2m),each shrub sample sets one herb sample(1m×lm),reap all roots?stems?leaves and weigh them respec tively,reap herb aboveground part and underground part and weigh them respectivel-y,reap all litter in herb samples and weigh them.Take 300g of each part,dry them.Determination organic carbon?total nitrogen?total phosphorus content.Record diame ter at breast height(DBH)?height,estimate tree layer biomass.The results of the st udy are as follows:(1)Soil organic carbon?total nitrogen content(density)in 2011 and 2015 rise with the increase of soil layer,the average of soil organic carbon density in 2011 and 2015 of lm soil profile are 16.96 ± 4.00 kg/m2?18.55 ± 4.46 kg/m2,the average of soil total nitrogen density in 2011 and 2015 of lm soil profile are 1.30±0.21 kg/m2?1.37±0.37 kg/m2,the average of soil total phosphorus density in 2011 and 2015 of lm soil profile are244.68 ±95.76 g/m2?261.84±96.81 g/m2,total content overall increasing.Soil C:N?C:N:P have no obvious trend with the increase of soil layer in 2011 and 2015.Humification degree of soil is higher,the nitrogen mineralization capacity is lower.C:P?N:P decrease with the increase of soil layer,the effectiveness of phosphorus is not high.C:N:P has no obvious trend with the increase of soil layer.Soil total organic carbon storage rises 9.4%(29.25 X 104t)?5.4%(1.29×104t)?6.7%(0.03 ×104t)respectively between four years.(2)The total biomass density of litter?herb and shrub layer rises from 25.81 ±5.27t/hm2 to 27.27 ± 7.32t/hm2,the total biomass carbon density of herb?shrub and litter layer rises from 11.09±2.69t/hm2 to 11.76 ±3.00t/hm2,the total biomass nitrogen density of herb?shrub and litter layer rises from 0.274±0.092t/hm2 to 0.292±0.083t/hm=2,the total biomass phosphorus density of herb?shrub and litter layer rises from(18.1 ± 4.2)×10-3t/hm2to(19.1±5.3)×10-3t/hm2.(3)The size of each organ biomass accounted for the proportion of arbor layer is:trunk>root>branch>bark>leaves.The biomass density rises(25.16±6.28)t/hm2,the biomass carbon density rises(12.74±3.28)t/hm2,the biomass total nitrogen density rises(0.10±0.08)t/hm2 from 2011 to 2015.(4)The size of each layer accounted for the proportion of ecosystem organic carbon?total nitrogen is:soil layer>arbor layer>leaves layer>undergrowth vegetation layer in 2011 and 2015.Organic carbon storage of DNR rises(5.39±0.96)× 105t,economic value reaches to(4.58 ± 0.82)X 107RMB,nitrogen storage rises(1.51 ± 0.48)×104t/hm2,the phosphorus density of soil layer is larger than litter layer,litter layer is larger than undergrowth vegetation layer from 2011 to 2015.
