With long-scale application, herbicide was widely applied and would unavoidable endanger the environmental safety and human's health. in recent years,With herbicides accumulated in the soil, the accumulation of concentration on the dangers of after tobacco crop is also more and more serious. This paper systematically studied quinclorac to use in rice field after the residue in plant tobacco soil and the actual situation, detected in tobacco soil, the adsorption behavior of soil in hunan tobacco soil and migration of plant transformation and the influence of tobacco soil growth. These researehes would play an important role in assessing the environmental safety of quinclorac its reasonable application.Furthermore, it could provide foundation for effeetive management during the Production Proeess of flue-cured tobacco and would guide cigarette factories to purehase flue-cured tobacco with fine internal quality and high-yielding.The main conclusions were as follows:1,In our this time in hunan agricultural university, we did the field test-bed for degradation test.The degradation rates of quinclorac rate were slowly in tobacco field, its half-life of degradation was 43.12 days before next year to the soil of tobacco.lt was more slowly quinclorac degradation than in the rice fields in hunan, and Tobacco fields affected by phytotoxicity more than in the soil tested quinclorac residue two. And in Hunan Tobacco field affected by the injury was detected in soil residues of quinclorac.They found that Quinclorac on crop tobacco plant exist after hazards role.2,Through the soil of hunan several tobacco on adsorption experiment on found hunan soil adsorption of quinclorac, we found that quinclorac is medium adsorption in tobacco field. Amidst the main physical and chemieal charactcr of tested soil planted tobacco,the organic matter content of soil played an important role in the adsorption of quinclorac.3,Based on the tobacco fields several soil enzymes measuring, quinclorac on soil enzymes has apparent inhibition, so that the soil environment had been destroyed, Theoretically proved that quinclorac impact on the growth of tobacco, leading to influence the process of tobacco in growth, turning yellow etc phytotoxicity deformity symptoms.
