Corn stalks chopped and returned to the field is one of the most important ways to deal effectively with corn stalk.According to the problem of corn straw chopping and returning device high stubble chopping knife play etc.The paper author was inspired by the project of the self-propelled corn harvester using two corn straw-cutting types to better cutting maize stalk,and design cut-digging device.This device was installed in the corn table below,composition of corn snapping and stalks cut-digging integrated device with the corn table.Experimental research on corn snapping and stalks cut-digging integrated device is done by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and experiment.Firstly,the critical component of corn snapping and stalks cut-digging integrated device was designed.The force and motion law of corn plants were analyzed by using kinematics and mechanics analysis method.Combined with the analysis of the maize plants and the soil physical properties,it is concluded that the condition meeting dig-cutting maize root is corn harvester forward speed and crop knife speed than not greater than 7.11×10-4 and best working depth of the digging crop device not more than 75mm.Secondly,experimental research on the dig-cutting maize root effect and power consumption of the digging device,and deriving that the power formula of dig knife digging soil is ‘p=?SKR?'.When the cultivator advance speed is 1.0m/s,succeeding the dig-cutting maize root is need that the rotate speed of digging device is 1200r/min,moreover the consumption power to dig knife is lowest at this time.Thirdly,the corn straw chopped effect influence factors of corn snapping and stalks dig-cutting integrated device were studied.In order to study the cutting effects of corn straw chopped in corn stalks cut-digging device,the orthogonal test is conducted form four factors,including shredder bar rotation linear speed,dig knife rotation speed,machine speed,integrated device position.In the course of the experiment,using high speed camera system on maize stubble digging for acquisition and analysis of images,using the SPSS software analysis of the test results,the optimum combination which meets pass rate?>90%?of straw chopping requirement are obtained:Shredder bar rotation linear speed 39.79 m/s,dig knife rotation speed 1400r/min,machine speed 1.0 m/s,integrated device position 0 mm.The single factor experiment was conducted on the shredder bar rotation speed under fixed dig knife rotation speed 1400r/min,machine speed 1.0 m/s,integrated device position 0 mm,finding out that the best shredder bar rotation speed is 1850r/min.Through contrast test,analysis obtained that the shredding mechanism rotate speed of stalk-roots dig-cutting integrated device is somewhat less than the shredding mechanism rotate speed without digging stubble device,when the percent of pass is same in maize straw chopped experiment.In this paper,corn snapping and stalks dig-cutting integrated device can complete a series of activities,including corn pick ears,roots digging and straw chopping.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental research of the corn snapping and stalks dig-cutting integrated device,it is obtained that the chop straw counters-field way of before low speed roots digging and high-speed straw chopping effectively solves the high stubble,high-speed shredder bar impacting soil etc problem.The safety problems can be effectively avoided such as broken knife because of the high speed shredder bar impacting soil etc.The stability of the machine gets greatly improving.
