The widespreaded virus diseases could cause serious damage in strawberry(Fragaria ananassa)production.Aiming at the used of propagation materials in the production,establishment and application of rapid detection technology was the key to prevention the virus disease of strawberry.and useing of detoxification seedlings is an important control method for strawberry virus diseases.The rapid and accurate strawberry virus detection technology is the key method to ensure the quality of virus-free seed.The paper conducted extensive field investigations around Beijing and used the RT-PCR to detected 6 viruses which could infect or possibly infect the strawberry such as Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),Strawberry crinkle virus(SCV),Strawberry mild yellow edge virus(SMYEV),Strawberry mottle virus(SMoV),Strawberry vein banding virus(SVBV)and Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV).The occurrence of strawberry virus diseases around Beijing was clear and also analysed the impact on the detection results which might be due to uneven distribution of virus in plants.Compared three methods such as CTAB kit,improved SDS,high salt and low pH,and obtained the complete nucleotide sequence of SVBV Beijing isolate.The homology with the China isolate was 93.75%and with the United States isolate was 84.29%.Optimized the SCV RT-LAMP reaction system and analysed the reaction conditions which could influence the results.Compared to PCR,this method was more sensitive and timesaver.
