| In December 2019,the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council issued the outline of the development plan for regional integration in the long delta,proposing reform plans for openness,cooperation,coordination and efficiency,"no more than once" and "no face-to-face examination and approval" to build a regional innovation community.The CPC central committee and the state council have attached great importance to "Internet plus government services" in recent years.According to the 13 th five-year plan of civil aviation,information technology should be applied in the field of civil aviation,and cloud computing,big data,mobile application and other technologies should be used to accelerate the informatization construction of civil aviation industry.With the continuous transformation of government work mode,innovation in intelligence,information interaction and sharing of civil aviation information has become an important development trend.Civil aviation administration of the east China area as the east China civil aviation integrated management agencies,industry has many meetings,management and supervision work within their respective jurisdictions,daily administrative work as a result of the limitation of time and space,resulting in some urgent documents and transaction cannot issue and handle the case in time,so only through PC cannot meet the demand of modern government affairs development,need to rely on integrated with mobile.At the same time,each industry from the original simple government information services to the development of the management activities.For civil aviation units in east China,at present,the civil aviation units within the jurisdiction are not interconnected,and the government affairs can not be coordinated within the jurisdiction,so the handling process is long and complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to build a civil aviation government coordination system based on mobile terminal.In view of the problems of the civil aviation administration system in east China,such as the inability to realize the coordinated handling of mobile terminal government affairs,and the lack of whole-process electronic management of some business processes within the unit,this paper proposes the construction of civil aviation mobile government affairs coordination system within the jurisdiction.Firstly,through the review of the research on government affairs system at home and abroad and the empirical study on the government affairs work of east China administration of civil aviation,the system is analyzed and designed by using technologies such as J2 EE technology architecture and workflow.And then through the analysis of the current system of business process and modeling,to analyze the problems of business process,business process modeling using Petri net model,and use the ECRSI method to process optimization of business processes,business process requirements,determine the construction of the new system to analyze system user role modeling,the system of public affairs center,procedures for examination and approval of background analysis and the functional requirements in terms of requirements such as UML use case modeling,the system security,unified identity authentication requirements analysis,system operation performance;According to the system can be customized,can be integrated,such as design principles,to the overall design of system,analyze the mobile architecture design,based on B/S structure,MVC pattern in system design,as well as to the system each function module design and UML modeling,and collaborative design based on workflow system,using the MD5 encryption algorithm for data transmission such as system security analysis and design,as well as to the design of the system user login authentication,use of each function module of database design,such as class diagrams based on word aggregation tree algorithm is sensitive to information word filter design,At last,the external interface of the system is connected with address book and SMS,and the internal modules such as authorization,authentication and log are connected,and the system user login and main function modules are realized. |
