With the rapid development of China’s economic level,clothing,food,housing and transportation are no longer the only goal of economic development.The development of the sports industry can effectively promote the adjustment of economic structure,and the construction of sports venues and infrastructure has become a new direction of development in the field of construction industry.In order to meet the needs of various events and the athletes’ challenging psychology,and to ensure that there is enough space for the competition venue,the design scheme of the competition venue with large span and large space with novel shape has emerged,and the research on the key technology of the course engineering construction has attracted wide attention.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,BIM technology,as a new modeling concept and digital simulation construction technology,has been widely used in various stages of engineering survey and design,construction,operation and management in the construction industry.However,the application of BIM technology to the construction of track engineering is still in its infancy.Based on Zhangjiakou Olympic Sports Park National Ski Jumping Center project as the background,in view of the complicated curved surface structure of this project,the elevation of formwork support frame build-up is differ,narrow construction site working face and the material level,such as the vertical transportation is difficult,application of BIM technology was carried out on the ski jumping center ramp area digital design and digital construction,built to provide technical ideas and practical guidance for track.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the engineering characteristics of national Ski jumping Center and the application standard of digital model,the project "Application Standard of Digital Model of National Ski Jumping Center" was formulated to improve the accuracy of engineering information transmission.(2)Dyanmo visual programming plug-in is used to transform the elevation of each point of the slide surface board into spatial coordinate points.By connecting each coordinate point according to the lattice,the curved track rapid and accurate modeling is realized.Using digital model,make the space complex surface track visualization,effectively solve the problem of drawing wrong omission touch,deepen the ramp zonedesign drawings,and check by collision model of reinforced node,adjust the form and arrangement spacing,reinforced with optimization of steel space configuration,implementation model information and visual effect of engineering application.(3)According to characteristics of ramp area set-up project template racks,preliminary design under beam formwork erection scheme,the finite element structure analysis software SAP2000 to frame body bar form to carry on the design calculation,by simulating the brace body under the most unfavorable design load,bearing capacity and stability analysis of the frame body deformation ability,adjusting and optimizing set-up spacing bar;Fuzor software was used to simulate the construction of the formwork support frame,form the 3D construction diagram of the formwork frame,provide the visualization technology disclosure,and optimize the construction plan of the formwork frame.(4)In view of complex terrain and difficult horizontal and vertical transportation of materials in the construction site of the slide area,PKPM calculation software was used to design and calculate the tower crane foundation and determine the form of the tower crane foundation section.Through the digital simulation of the tower crane installation process and the collaborative construction process among multiple tower cranes,the center layout position of the on-site tower crane is optimized,so as to reasonably plan the layout of the tower crane and improve the construction transport efficiency and project safety.
