Study On The Planning And Design Of Urban Park For The Elderly

Aging is becoming more and more serious,our country will become the largest aging society.From the present point of view,our country's pension policy and pension public facilities supporting theoretical research and construction practice gradually towards maturity and perfection,especially in the elderly community outdoor space,elderly apartment design and health tourism vacation projects,but in urban parks to consider less elderly factors,the current urban park planning is mostly from the local natural features,history,humanities and other characteristics as the main line of design.The needs of middle-aged people,young people and children are considered more fully from the standpoint of urban park users,and the needs of old people to use urban parks are less considered.Few take into account the particularity of the elderly,to the use of the elderly brought a lot of inconvenience [1].In this paper,through literature research,theoretical research,case analysis,field research and other methods,the functional,comfort,identifiability,accessibility and safety strategies of aging park are proposed.Based on the interaction between the activities of the elderly and the park,this paper puts forward the design ideas,methods,countermeasures and measures for the planning and design of urban parks,so as to create a safe and comfortable urban park.The development direction of urban parks must follow the direction of urban development.The state should now actively carry out the planning and design of suitable urban parks to help provide retired elderly people with a comfortable outdoor activity space so that they can still maintain healthy vitality.Actively guide the elderly to participate in social activities.The planning and design of Huahai Park is in the context of aging reality.Its main task is how to provide better activity space and service for the elderly.Taking Zhengzhou Huahai Park in Zhengzhou,Henan Province as an example,this paper summarizes the psychological,physiological and social needs of the elderly in using the park by means of questionnaires and interviews with nearby residents,summarizes the problems existing in the park,summarizes the basic principles of urban park aging planning and design.
