With the progress of society,the market demand of architectural design has higher and higher requirements on the degree of customization of products and service quality.The design content of architectural engineering projects is becoming more and more complex,and the project volume and scale are also becoming larger and larger.The total amount of productivity that a single project needs to invest keeps increasing.The increase of total productivity does not extend the project design cycle.On the contrary,in order to respond to the market demand quickly,maintain the competitive advantage and manage the production capacity,architectural design enterprises strive to invest enough production resources in a shorter design cycle and reduce the design cycle.Architectural design enterprises tend to pay more attention to efficiency,that is,the ratio of the actual output of the enterprise to the effective production capacity.Research on the management of architectural design enterprises mainly focuses on project management,process management,strategic management,quality management and performance assessment,etc.,aiming to maximize the actual output of enterprises based on limited resources and improve efficiency.Architectural design of a single project can be put into production capacity by service characteristics and market demand characteristics,effective production capacity is far less than the design production capacity,production resource utilization is low,namely a relatively low ratio of output,design ability,can't depend on efficient utilization of highlighted efficiency of production,to increase the utilization ratio and the need to ensure that effective productivity improved.There are relatively few researches on effective productivity management of architectural design services.The productivity demand of architectural design is unstable,and the productivity demand changes in stages during the process of architectural design and production service.Architectural design requires multi-specialty collaborative work,and the actual production capacity of enterprises is directly affected by the bottleneck specialized production capacity;Specialization restricts the input-production capacity of a single project.In order to effectively invest the production resources of architectural design enterprises into production services,it is necessary to carry out effective management on project undertaking mode,production resource output mode,professional division of labor,etc.,and improve effective production capacity.Enterprises improve the utilization rate of production resources through simultaneous operation of multiple projects;improve the effective production capacity of enterprises by improving the bottleneck specialized production capacity;and improve input-production capacity through detailed division of labor.Selected JC architectural design institute as a case study object,this paper studies the problems exist in their production capacity management,clear enterprise production capacity is insufficient,and accordingly puts forward prompt effective productivity improved significantly with management measures,to promote the efficiency and production efficiency improved theory basis.JC Architectural Design Institute's small scale and insufficient effective production capacity does not meet market demand;the scale of the Integrated Design Institute has not improved with the change of the market demand;the actual output of the Integrated Design Institute is not balanced;the Bottleneck Specialty of the Integrated Design Institute is not consistent.The enterprise adopts the operation mode of professional institute,integrates the production resources of the enterprise,maximizes the effective production capacity of the enterprise,and improves the project undertaking capacity;integrating various professional and technical personnel,deepening the division of labor,improving the effective production capacity of a single project,and further improving the ability to respond quickly to market demands.The system of project manager and professional person in charge provides guarantee for the realization of the maximization of the enterprise's effective production capacity;further increase the target market share,for the improvement of production capacity to create demand,to ensure the improvement of enterprise efficiency...
