A certain type of aero-engine is an imported aero-engine,which is mainly equipped in China's advanced fighters in active service.It is the main imported large propulsion device in the future,which provides a strong guarantee for China's aviation military equipment.Airborne parameter recording device(hereinafter referred to as "EPT")is an important part of this type of equipment.At present,the working state parameters of aircraft engine are mainly recorded by EPT for ground personnel to monitor and analyze.EPT works in such a way that the engine digital electronic controller reduces the 16-bit and 12-bit engine working status parameter data to 8-bit data,and then collects and records the analog signal of its conversion,which not only records fewer parameters,but also has low accuracy,which causes the EPT recording data to not fully and accurately reflect the working status of the engine and can not meet the growing maintenance and security needs.Therefore,a new type of engine parameter recording device is designed.By establishing communication with the digital electronic controller of aeroengine,the engine working state parameter information can be read and stored from the detection interface of the digital electronic controller.At the same time,the internal power supply of the digital electronic controller can be monitored in real time,accurately and comprehensively,so as to help the ground people It is of great significance to monitor and analyze the working state of the engine in flight.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1)based on the communication with the electronic controller,the overall scheme of aeroengine parameter recording system based on stm32f103rct6 is developed.According to the modular design method,the hardware system design is divided into power circuit module,signal conditioning module,USB interface module,SD card module,etc Sequence command,according to a certain order to the controller to collect engine parameter information and complete data storage.2)Based on the hardware platform,the embedded software control program is designed to realize the system initialization,signal conditioning,I / O port reading and writing,data and command transmission,storage management;3)through the development of the upper computer monitoring software,the acquisition data analysis,classification,and drawing the curve of parameters with time are realized.The actual test results show that through the design and research of the new aero-engine parameter recording device,the functions of fast acquisition of engine parameters and storage in the form of files are realized.The system can also be directly connected with PC through USB interface to read the data.It has the advantages of fast reading and writing speed,convenient insertion and extraction,low power consumption and high reliability Use value.
