Research On Financing Risk Assessment Of New Energy Companies

Energy has always played an important role in the development of world economy,for energy development and utilization is the key strategic implementation plan of a country.With the rapid progress of society,human to the traditional energy consumption and energy consumption caused by environmental problems.With forcing countries to research and develop alternative to traditional energy sources of new energy.At present,as the largest developing country in the world,China's energy consumption is huge,domestic new energy industry under the background of this arises at the historic moment.New energy industry belongs to the technical and financial dual intensive industries,companies need a lot of capital to carry out financing activities.China's new energy companies are facing a series of problems in the financing process,the series of problems easily lead to the generation of corporate risks.Based on the case,the research of new energy company financing risk,the financing risk evaluation model is established to evaluate the financing risk of new energy companies.The study has theoretical value and practical significance,because it provides strong evidence for the smooth financing activities of new energy companies.The theoretical part of this paper firstly lays the research foundation by learning relevant theories;second to new energy companies and financing risk which define the relevant concepts;finally,the financing risk status of new energy companies is studied and the financing risk is identified and the causes are analyzed.After the theoretical analysis,for later build new energy company's financing risk evaluation model was constructed and the case analysis provides theoretical basis.In the empirical part of this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to construct a system suitable for evaluating the financing risk of new energy companies.AHP is used to calculate evaluation index weight and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the financing risk level of new energy companies.In the case study section,the article selects the LDK solar high-tech co.,LTD as a case study,expounds the basic situation of the company and financing situation and use to build new energy company financing risk evaluation model to LDK company's financing risk evaluation.Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed,at the same time,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on risk prevention for the financing activities of the new energy industry.
