Wheel/rail noise is the main component of noise generated during normal train operation.The research shows that the wheel-rail noise below 3000 Hz is mainly the radiated noise generated by the rail vibration.And there is a certain correlation between the generation of this noise and the rail wear.Therefore,studying the rail vibration characteristics and proposing a rail vibration and noise reduction method with simple construction,low cost,and obvious effects have become the key to reducing wheel rail noise.In order to design a new type of rail dynamic damping vibration absorber for small-radius curve vibration noise,the following research work is carried out in this paper:1)Review domestic and foreign research on the vibration and noise characteristics of subway cars and dynamic shock absorbers to understand their research methods and ideas on urban rail transit vehicle noise and rail dynamic dampers,and summarize them.2)On-line testing of vibration noise and rail wave grinding in subway cars.Through field tests in 3 cities,rail vehicle vibration noise and rail wave grinding in the tunnel,the main peak frequency range of car noise and the frequency and peak of rail wave grinding corresponding to the car noise peak were compared to study the car noise.And rail wave grinding.3)Finite element analysis and experimental analysis of typical frequency-modulated rail shock absorbers.Through the harmonic response analysis and experiments on the existing frequency-modulated rail vibration absorber,different results are obtained with or without the rail equipped with a dynamic damper.The finite element model simulation analysis of the existing frequency-modulated rail vibration absorber is carried out,and the experimental and simulation analysis results are compared and analyzed to understand its principle and theory of vibration and noise reduction.4)Based on the theoretical and experimental analysis results of typical frequencymodulated rail shock absorbers and high-frequency segments of vehicle interior noise and rail wave grinding,establish a three-dimensional model of a new type of rail dynamic damper,and perform finite element analysis such as harmonic response and attenuation rate The parameters of the rail dynamic damper are optimized.The effect analysis test of the processed rail dynamic damper is performed.
