Windowed cartons are popular because of their visibility.Generally,windowed cartons need to be covered with film to prevent dust,and the key equipment of carton lamination is the gluing device.The efficiency of the gluing device affects the production efficiency of the carton,and the gluing accuracy affects the adhesive strength of the carton.At present,the single nozzle intermittent production mode is widely used in the gluing device on the market.The production efficiency is low,which limits the processing efficiency of carton forming equipment.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor precision of the existing scratch device,this paper analyzes the process flow of the scratch device,designs a continuous double nozzle gluing device,analyzes the hot melt glue injection characteristics,optimizes the structure of the nozzle,carries out the trajectory kinematics simulation of common windows,and designs the cross coupling iterative learning controller of the scratch device,which improves the performance of the device Scratch accuracy.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper designs a kind of double nozzle continuous scuffing device,analyzes the process flow of the device,puts forward the scheme of double nozzle continuous scraping,and designs the relevant mechanical device;according to the principle of fluid injection and the characteristics of common glue,the characteristics of hot melt glue injection system are analyzed,and the parametric design of nozzle is carried out by using fluent simulation.2.The common window trajectories are simulated.Through ADAMS virtual prototype,kinematics analysis and trajectory simulation of common window patterns,such as rectangular pattern,symmetric pattern and asymmetric pattern,are carried out to verify the feasibility of trajectory planning for different patterns by the glue scraping device.3.The cross coupling iterative learning controller is designed to improve the scribing accuracy.Through cross coupling iterative learning controller,the motion accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of the scuffing device in different directions are consistent,so as to ensure the trajectory accuracy.
