Moving bag-opening device is an important part of the bag-bagging machine,which is mainly divided into the linear transmission device and the bag-opening part,among which the bag-opening part is divided into the upper bag-opening part and the lower bag-opening part.Since the structure and motion characteristics of the moving bag-opening device affect the stability of bag-opening,so that affecting the quality and efficiency of bag-bagging,Therefore,the design of moving bagging device plays an important role in improving the performance of bagging machine.n this paper,the moving bag-opening device in the woven bag bagging machine is taken as the research object,and the following aspects of bagging machine are research from the aspects of scheme design and simulation:Firstly,analysis the domestic and abroad current situation of bagging equipment industry,and combined with the problems of existing bagging equipment,such as poor bagging quality and stability,low bagging efficiency,carried out the innovative research on bagging machine's bagging device,and design a new mobile bagging method.The scheme design of the moving bag-opening device in the bag-bagging machine is carried out in combination with the actual working conditions,and the scheme of the moving bag-opening device is finally determined by comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the scheme.According to the actual working conditions,the relevant parameters of the scheme were preliminarily determined,and the 3D model of the mobile bag-opening device was established in Solid Works,which laid a foundation for the theoretical analysis and simulation in the following paper.Secondly,the length of the multi-bar mechanism in the upper open bag is optimized.For the convenience of analysis,the multi-bar mechanism is divided into hinged four-bar mechanism and offset crank slider mechanism.The optimization model of constraint conditions,objective function and multi-bar mechanism is established according to the requirements of small space occupation and light weight,and the objective function is optimized by MATLAB,after optimization,the sum of each bar length is reduced by 25.4%,and the mass of multi-bar mechanism is reduced by 9.3%.Finally,Adams is used to simulate the optimized mechanism,and the rationality of the mechanism is found and verified.Thirdly,according to the actual working condition of the bag opening device,the motion law of the follower under the working condition is selected and the motion equation expression corresponding to the motion law of the follower is established.According to the enveloping principle,the enveloping parameter equation of the follower under the motion law was established,and the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the actual contour curve under the motion law were obtained,and the actual CAM contour curve under the motion law was generated according to the horizontal and vertical coordinates.By importing the curve into Adams for simulation,the images of displacement,velocity,acceleration and time are obtained.By contrast, the contour curve of the CAM with the minimum acceleration is selected.Finally,analysis of the motion law of linear transmission device.ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the modes of upper and lower bag-opening parts in the linear transmission device.According to the first six models,it was found that the natural frequency was much higher than the excitation frequency of the transverse vibration of the synchronous belt,and no resonance would occur.Above to open the bag,for example,by using multi-body dynamics simulation software Recurdyn to establish the virtual prototype,respectively in different initial pre-tightening force and active wheel speed under the condition of transverse vibration of synchronous belt has carried on the simulation analysis,finally found synchronous belt transverse amplitude decreases with the increase of initial pre-tightening force,the driving wheel speed increases.This paper provides some references for the structural design and optimization of the moving bag-opening device of the woven bag-bagging machine.
