With the emergence of problems such as the continuous consumption of petroleum and other non-renewable energy sources and the increasingly serious air pollution,better utilization of renewable energy and new energy source which is low in consumption and environmentally friendly has always been an important development direction for our country.Under the vigorous promotion of the country,the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly.At present,the new energy automobile industry is also facing some challenges,such as the degradation of new energy automobile market demand and many market competitions.Especially since 2020,novel coronavirus has had a huge impact on the global economy.Under such an environment,how regional auto sales and service companies can survive and gain a larger market share is particularly important for their development strategies.This thesis takes XY New Energy Vehicle Sales and Service Company as the research object.The company operates new energy vehicle sales,after-sales service,energy services and other businesses,covering the Sichuan regional market,and is a local Sichuan enterprise with independent capital injection.Although the company is in the new energy industry that is strongly supported by the state,it still faces the cold winter of the automobile industry as a whole,and fierce competition from Tesla,BMW,Mercedes-Benz and other auto brands in the new energy market.This article first analyzes its macro environment and industry environment,and analyzes the company's opportunities and threats based on the basic theories of strategic management,GPEST,Porter's five forces model and other research methods and tools.Secondly,through the analysis of the company's tangible and intangible internal resources and capabilities,and core capabilities,it summarizes its strengths and weaknesses.Finally,it uses the SWOT matrix to conduct detailed analysis and research on four alternative strategic directions,combined with the SPACE matrix as At this stage.
