| With the rapid development of expressways in China,more and more attention has been paid to the toll station as the window unit of expressways.From the Angle of fine management,this paper makes a bold exploration and innovation on the current management mode of toll stations in laishui.In research strategy,this paper,a past of highway toll management content,points module research pattern,the highway toll management as a whole,overall consideration in the toll station management system management,human resource management,emergency bao chang management,safety production management,and other aspects of the fine management requirements and methods of the organic combination of all aspects of the highway toll management,overall analysis of the current shortcomings in the course of the elaborating management mode and the reasons,and put forward to further improve the level of fine management from reality and advice.This paper firstly analyzes the background,theoretical and practical significance of the research on fine management of expressway toll stations,summarizes the research status of the management and fine management of expressway toll stations at home and abroad,and defines the research content and research methods of this paper.Then,the basic concepts of expressway toll station and fine management,as well as fine management theory,human resource management theory,performance management theory,etc.,are elaborated,and the theoretical basis of this paper is determined.And analyzes the current management mode of laishui west toll collection station one by one from the perspectives of charge management,personnel management,safe production and civilized service,so as to analyze the characteristics and effects of its current fine management.The fourth part from the management system,human resources allocation,emergency maintenance capacity and safety production management four aspects of in-depth analysis of the current management of laishui toll station problems and their causes.In the fifth part,based on the current situation ofexpressway development and the needs of social and economic development,the author puts forward practical and feasible countermeasures from four aspects: deepening the fine management concept,perfecting the personnel management system,enhancing the emergency maintenance capacity and strengthening the safety production management. |
