| As one of the three major automobile parts,the axle is composed of the main reducer,wheel hub,brake,axle housing and other parts.The axle housing is the key supporting member of the axle,which is the basis for the installation of other components,and has an impact on the quality of the entire bridge.It plays a very important role,and is also a difficult-to-machine part.Advances in research and development technology have gradually led to the development of axle housing manufacturing in the direction of serialization and multiple varieties in batches.Facing the new situation,we have built high flexibility,strong compatibility,and quality assurance capabilities.High and low cost flexible production lines are a development trend.This project uses our company’s drum and disc series axle housings of M11 and M13 as the main products.After fully analyzing and considering the actual needs of the enterprise and the situation it faces,it has learned the experience of existing axle housing production lines and thoroughly researched the bridge.Based on the shell processing technology,by analyzing the common points of the various types of axle housings,we find a flexible machining scheme,and aim at the difficulties such as the long-term deformation of the axle housings and the low quality of the shaft thread processing in the existing axle housings.Proposed improved methods for the problem,designed and developed the new processing technology of the axle housing,and fully integrated the technical processing industry engineering ideas into the production line equipment,fixtures,tools,logistics,layout,staffing and other aspects The overall scheme was designed,and a high-quality,high-efficiency,low-cost flexible production line of axle housings was built in line with China’s actual situation.After the production line was put into operation and verified and balanced and optimized,it achieved the expected results.The flexible construction or transformation of the production line is of great significance. |
